This product has wide handles. A major plus. The rings are thick and sturdy. Another benefit is the wideness of the handles allow you to exercise without the straps rubbing on your wrists or arms. I highly recommend the timely manner in which they were delivered.

These exercise handles are an improvement over the exercise handles that came with my home gym. They feel good in my hands and have an extra wide design, which is great for larger hands. They are also rated up to 560 pounds (254 kg), which makes me feel very safe. The only reason I am not giving these exercise handles 5-stars is that I feel the mountaineering buckles could be larger and “beefier” as they are noticeably smaller than the mountaineering buckles that came with my home gym.
