This is such a durable and well made workout mat. We use this for weight lifting, yoga, HIIT, and dance cardio. It is so versatile! There is absolutely no slippage whatsoever, and there is never any ripping or tearing. Even when we do jumping or other high intensity workouts, the give and cushion is fantastic. Something to be mindful of is it comes in a bag and had three straps around it. I continued to use all the case and the black straps for a couple months (using it a few times a week). The black color of the straps started to seep onto the pink mat. I ended up repurposing the straps for other uses to avoid further dying. Also the plastic piece broke on the draw string which I can still tie a loose knot. All in all these are additional accessories and the mat itself is great for my needs. I do like the size and the thicknes of the mat which is all that really matters. I'm 5'4" and for the most part aside from a reclining star pose my whole body fits on the mat when I am practicing. ... show more

I have had this mat for over a month and used it daily and sometimes more than once a day. CONS: The top of the mat isn't completely slip proof and while it is cushioned in comfort it is too soft. This make being in a kneeling position painful at times because it literally feels like your knee is on the hard floor. These were two of the main factors for buying this mat because i can't seem to find a mat that doesn't give in to the pressure. This one does. PROS: It's very large, durable, and great for meditative purposes. I usually lay flat when I meditate and this has been great for being able to lay flat in arm and legs spread out without touching the floor. I personally could have kept my money and purchased a mat that was more firm. Now I am looking for another mat because while this is large, if I have to pad it with my old yoga mat that was $20 bucks from Wal-Mart than I might as well just use the old yoga mat which was just the same as this one but just the regular small size. I need a firm mat that won't make me feel like I'm doing yoga on a hardwood floor. ... show more

I did a lot of research on yoga mats from the very high-end to the cheapest ones and settled on this mat a while ago. This is a very solid mat and has enough area for an average person (under 6ft) to stretch out. It comes in a very nice carry bag and three straps to hold it together when rolled up. Being rubber material, dust does catch on the mat but it is very easy to brush off and clean as well. I did have a minor issue with my order on arrival but gxmmat customer service was amazing and fixed it quickly. The material is durable and we have not seen any issues over several months using it on a wooden floor. Highly recommend this product for regular everyday use. ... show more

Love this extra large mat! I had been using the standard sized mats (two of them for extra cushion) and disliked how I was never completely comfortable with body parts off the mat at different times. Now I can do my floor/strength peloton etc. exercises in complete comfort, knowing my entire body will be cushioned. Also love the pink color. Great value considering other large mats were much more expensive. And bonus! They send you a pair of gloves to use while working out on the mat and they are awesome! I have never used gloves before, and they are great to make sure that you are fully stable while working out. It ships in a nice travel bag, and also has 3 included straps to keep it in place when needed.
