I've been using this mat for a little over a month now for Focus T25, and thought that the wrinkles, that were most likely caused during the manufacturing process, would flatten out over time but they haven't. Maybe this is partly why it slides all over the place on carpet more than it should; causing me to have to put weights on the corners to keep it in place. Overall the mat serves its purpose, but is of average quality and I would not purchase again or recommend to a friend. *Update*: After leaving this review I was contacted by customer service, who in turn got me in contact with management. Management deemed the mat to be defective and sent out a brand new mat. Upon taken the mat out of the bag I could immediately tell a difference in the quality. After stretching the mat out I gave it a quick 5 minute agility test, and the mat exhibited little to no movement on carpet, where as the previous mat shifted positions under my feet. Customer service was great and I received the replacement mat within a week. Now I have a mat of premium quality that I would recommend to a friend or anyone looking for a premium exercise at a very reasonable cost.

I have a YOUTUBE Channel that is not a workout videos subscription website 58K subs. Don’t buy this product if you like to sweat! It is super slippery and not a product to do HIIT, TABATA or any type of real training on. You could never do yoga on it because it has ZERO grip. It’s actually very sturdy and thick however! Very well made...just not at all for use as a workout mat. As soon as you get one drop of sweat on it...consider it an icee rink. Today I literally slipped doing a burpee. The only way it works is if you buy a grippy yoga mat to put on top of it. I was under the impression this product was like a bigger form of a thick yoga mat. If you really train hard (think advanced sweating) do NOT buy this product.

Fantastic equipment mat!!! I run a small gym club and I use them to protect my floor from damage and sweat while doing some exercise. The gym equipment is extremely stable while using the mat. They are a little indentation on the mat after user from the trainer feet but they don't appear to be causing any permanent damage.

Update 1.5 years later: This is still my dining room floor, and I couldn't be more pleased with it. ------------ I can't review this as an exercise mat, though I'm sure it would be great at that. But I have been looking everywhere for a wipe-able surface to put under my dining room table. I live an apartment that, for some idiotic reason, has carpet in the dining room. I also have two small children. I do not like cleaning food and spilled drinks out of the carpet. I have been looking for a mat/rug that would mimic easy-to-clean hardwood/tile/linoleum. And I didn't want to spend a fortune. I thought about those plastic mats that you use to make office chairs roll on carpet, but to get one big enough to fill a room is insanely expensive. I finally landed on this extra large exercise mat. It looks great. I just got it today, so I can't comment on durability long-term, but I'm really excited to find out.

This mat is great and the perfect size for doing Beachbody exercises. We have a gym in our basement that is carpeted, but were looking for more cushion and this mat is great. It does move on the carpet, but only slightly. It also came with a free pair of gloves.

Our basement gym has a hardwood floor over a concrete slab so we purchased this mat. Shipping was great, well packaged. I am 6’2” and my wife is 5’ 7” and this mat is the right size. Good quality and I highly recommend. Just wish we bought black just because it would of been a better look in our gym..... but that’s my fault not the sellers’.

I am absolutely in love with this mat! I am happy that I purchased the one that is designed for a little more than yoga even though I find that it is perfect for yoga as well, I just throw a nonskid yoga towel on it. It is sturdy and comfortable. I have it in a small carpeted room and it allows me to do yoga and I don't have to be afraid of it scratching when I do zumba. So far it's been great! I was hesitant because of the price but the quality really shows. It came in a travel bag that is well made, gloves, care instructions, and it says it has a lifetime guarantee on it! WIN! Also, it has no terrible odor...
