Features

  • Update :Compare with CS3 verison, the only difference is that CS3-I changed the home 110V-12V converter to inside the machine. There is a 1 year warranty for all of our PCP pumps. ATTENTION: Please release the bleed valve first after turning off the switch , and do not start it when there is still air pressure inside your compressor ( include during the cooling down cycle).
  • Setting the Autostop Value & Built-in Oil-Water Filter :The filling of a rifle or pistol is hassle free with an auto shut off that the user sets at the desired pressure. This eliminates the user from having to watch the fill pressure gauge as the compressor does its job. It also features the moisture filter which is better for your gun or tank . With the 8mm quick connector, you can also inflate your diving bottle less 1.5L does not include scuba adapters, need to buy a filter for breathing ).
  • Oil-Free & Water-Free & Built-in Fan Cooling for Long Life : Unlike traditional 110V electric high pressure air pumps which needs the standard oil and cooling water when working in the market, the product does not need oil, clean and hygienic, no need for external water pump to cool, easy to operate. This will save you a lot of energy in future .
  • 3 Type Safety Device Design & Convenient Wire Spool Design: Adjustable pressure gauge , safety valve and burst disc makes this air compressor pump more safe. With the wire spool, you don't need to worry about the wire winding and it also looks great.
  • Inflation Speed: This pcp compressor was designed mainly for inflating less than 1L tank. Fill a 190cc tank from 1800psi to 3300psi is a swift 2:30 minutes; Filled a 480cc carbon bottle from 1800psi to 3500psi is in a mere 8:30 minutes. The duty cycle of the machine is 50 minutes run / 20 minutes cool. This allows for filling of larger tanks ( only suggest the max 1.5L) as long as the compressor is allowed to cool.

  • Impressive
Little more in price compared to my similar YH compressor but man is this nice … and its super quiet compared to my YH too… doesn’t even sound like its on. Just the overall quality/fit and finish, sound of it, etc is superb.. well done. My only knock is you have to supply a water/oil separately.. i know the older models had one and this model appears to have a different design… where the release port is a tube that runs out at the bottom ratter facing you. Is this to allow water to collect/exit better? Regardless doesn’t hurt to have one on the main fill line. ... show more

  • Impressive
Had this compressor a little over a year now and I have to say I’m impressed Quiet and portable. It does take a little longer to fill than the last compressor I had but no water buckets and the house doesn’t shake when running

  • Good bang for the buck, but not perfect.
I use this GX CS3-I compressor to recharge a 580cc PCP air rifle bottle. It takes about 10 or maybe 15 minutes to charge from ~200 bar to ~300 bar, which is about how long it takes me to change out my target papers. The cooling fans are loud but effective, and because the fill rate is leisurely, nothing gets hot, or even particularly warm. The air hose is a tad short, but long enough. The release collar on the foster quick coupling is too large to fit the opening in my air rifle (M3), so an adapter with a smaller collar on the foster is needed. The included foster plug doesn't fit other foster fittings well, and the female foster on the end of the hose is a tad loose on other foster fittings. It works and stays attached, but the tolerances seem a bit loose. The pressure gauge on the compressor agrees relatively closely with my rifle's Wika gauge. The compressor shakes quite a bit when running and the gauge is small, so it's hard to read while it's pumping. It's also a bit tricky to set the pressure shut-off point precisely, however the gauge probably isn't super accurate anyway. I've had the unit apart (more on that shortly) and it's pretty nicely-made inside. It's a well-considered design, and the quality of the parts seems relatively good. They did a good job fitting everything inside that little enclosure. After the first few uses my compressor developed an air leak. I first contacted Amazon, which was a waste of time. Next I contacted GX via email from their website. GX directed me to contact the Amazon seller for help, which I did. The seller, ANKUL, was very helpful and sent me the replacement part I needed. I'm used to this sort of problem being an ordeal due to unhelpful customer support, but they were exceptionally good in this instance. Even though I'm supposed to be reviewing the item and not the seller, it appears GX has partnered with good sellers and I assume they must provide the sellers with parts support. Good for them, and good for us. So far I've only put a few hours of use on the compressor, but that's a LOT of rounds from my rifle. From what I've seen from the performance, the build quality, and the support, I expect to get a lot more useful service from this little unit. It doesn't seem like it's straining to do its job, it's handy, works well, and isn't wildly expensive. If it grenades on me in the near future, I'll likely be back here editing my review like a disgruntled customer, complaining about what a horrible piece of junk it is. ...but for now, I like it and I'm glad I bought it. ... show more

  • Finally !!
I got into this whole pcp thing and ordered a hand pump that didn't work. Then two cheaper pumps that are both in the garbage in less than a year. Then figuring out the fitting on the gun was machined wrong. That leads me to here I bought this pump cause it is the top rated portable pump. If this pump didn't work I was going to sell all the pcp guns I got. But the pump is quite, it pumped my double shot up in three minutes. Very compact and like how everything is on board. ... show more

  • So far, so good
I needed a replacement PCP compressor because my only other compressor bit the dust. It was noisy when it worked and was kind of slow to fill the prod reservoir. The circuit board died and the pump seals would no longer compress air. I searched for a while to find something that looked like it would be more reliable than all the clones out there. I settled on the GX Pump CS3-1 because of the videos and good reviews. There is much less fan noise than the cheaper compressors, which is a big selling point for me. The internal power supply makes this simple and easy to use. The only feature that bugs me is the bleed line. It blows straight down onto the table top and the water goes everywhere. Maybe adding an inline filter would work. Otherwise, I am very happy with this purchase. I would recommend this to anyone needing a good PCP air compressor. ... show more

  • Delivered as advertised, well packaged, UPS proof.
On first use the black plastic dress up cap came loose from the bleed screw and fell off. What ever it was stuck on with was just a crumbly, black pile. To me this is no big loss, it doesn't add to function. The metal knob is preferable anyway. As I suspected from the price point the auto-stop setting dial is not that accurate. Over several uses it tended to over fill by 200 to 300 psi. I just compensated by turning the pointer on the dial back the appropriate amount, more use will determine if this is consistent. It definitely needs an air drier on the outlet. Even operating in a 48% humidity environment I got considerable moisture out when the pressure bleed was released. I have about 4-6 hours on it so far at about 20 minutes each use which is not much to go on. We will see how well it holds up long term. I will be filling some bigger bottles later and will see how it performs running closer to its duty cycle. So far I am satisfied with the performance. ... show more

  • Great pcp compressor
This compressor is considerably quiet compared to others at the same price. It fills the gun quickly and is very easy to operate.
