I actually love this sofa. I did put other legs on it to make it a little taller. The fact that the back is not tall does not bother me. I put extra pillows on it and it is nice and wide and comfortable even to sleep on. I wish I could buy just another ottoman. I will post a picture later

I was originally very nervous to buy a couch that I hadn't seen in person but am very happy with my purchase. It came in several big boxes and was fairly easy to assemble. I did struggle when connecting the backs/arms of the chair to the seats but realized later on that you just have to push them together and they will align. The couch is firm which I like and the material feels nice. Very happy that I took the leap and purchased this beautiful couch!

I wanted to love this couch—it looks stylish and well-made. However, the comfort level is severely lacking. The seat is very firm, which some might prefer, but the real issue is the back support. There is little to no padding, making it feel like you’re leaning against a hard surface with no cushioning to offset it. Sitting on this couch for any length of time is uncomfortable, and I had to use cushions from my old couch just to make it somewhat usable. If you prioritize aesthetics over comfort, this might work for you. But if you’re looking for a cozy, inviting couch to relax on, I would strongly reconsider. I also noticed that while most reviews are positive, very few mention comfort, except for one that described an experience almost identical to mine. I wish I had seen that before purchasing. Additionally, returning this couch is costly and complicated. The seller initially offered me $165 to keep it, then $300, and finally $500. My only other option was to return it in the exact same boxes and protective covering for a 70% refund—meaning I would lose 30% of what I paid, just to send it back. Given the high return costs, purchasing this couch comes with significant risk if you’re not completely satisfied. In the end, I had to sell it for much less than I paid just to recoup some of my money. This was an awful experience overall, and I would not recommend this couch to anyone looking for both style and comfort.
