    • Easy To Set Up & Use
The quality of the camera set is superb. Everything works like it should, and the image quality is very good. The camera needs to remain plugged into the wall via an included USB-C cable and plug. One of the included power cables is considerably longer and best suited for this depending on your camera location. One thing to note is the camera cannot tilt down much. So if you mount it high on the wall you'll need to angle the mount so the camera is already pointing down when at center position. The camera tilt can look almost straight up, and the pan range is about 300° so it cannot spin around or look behind itself. The zoom is digital, but quite effective. And the night light is softly diffused and the color choices are nice, but I do not use this feature. The camera does have a green light on the front that indicates it's on. If this is a problem it can be solved with tape. The night vision function activates immediately once the lights are turned off and is quite clear. Do note the switching to night vision and movement of the camera makes a little noise. Not enough to stir a sleeping baby, but enough to cause a sleeping puppy to inquire. There is a one and two way intercom feature that can be toggled on or off. There's also a noise/crying alert feature that triggers an alarm sound and icon on the monitor. It triggered on a vacuum cleaner downstairs, but couldnt get it to work screaming at the camera so might want to test this further. The temperature read out and alert do work as intended. There is no motion tracking feature, but the PTZ can be manually controlled via the monitor. The monitor itself is sleek and easy to use. It includes a ring kickstand that works for standing the unit up, but is better suited for being held. If the kickstand angle isn't perfect the unit falls over easily. This is an area of design improvement. The system boots up fast and movement through the menus is fast and easy. Unfortunately the menu options are just icons, so there's a bit of a learning curve to figure out what each one represents. Most are intuitive, but some are not. The included documentation helps. Overall, it's a fairly user-friendly operating system. The monitor is battery operated so it can be easily transported as you move around the house. It's USB-C rechargeable and seems to have a long battery life. The screen image quality is great and can show considerable detail depending on the lighting. Several cameras can be linked to the monitor and split screened. I only have the one camera so haven't tested this feature. Videos can be manually recorded and saved on the included SD card mounted underneath the camera. They're also viewable on the monitor. I love that it's a simple wifi system. No apps or hubs to contend with. The downside is no off-site viewing (ie nanny cam). But for an easy to use and convenient monitoring system this one works well. ... show more

    • Excellent monitor
This is such a great monitor! It’s a little pricey, but if it’s within the range you want to spend it’s really great. I had a nice expensive monitor before that worked for about a year and then the monitor glitched and it was still usable, but hard to see. I hope this monitor will last a few years or more. It was very simple to setup. All I had to do was plug in the camera and turn on the monitor and it was automatically connected. The picture isn’t 100% crystal clear, but it’s almost perfect. It’s clearer than the cheaper monitors that I’ve gotten. It’s very simple to use, I didn’t even have to look in the manual to figure out where everything is or how to operate each feature. It has music loaded onto it and can be used as a nightlight. I won’t need those features as I have a sound machine, but it’s great for anyone who doesn’t want to get two separate devices. You can also set alarms for feedings, set how long before the screen rests, and you can set it up to where you can either hear the baby only, or you can have it two way so the baby can hear you too. You don’t have to hold a button to talk if you put this feature on. It also shows the time, temp of the room, and battery life. You can turn up the volume pretty high, and it seems sensitive enough to hear a baby waking up(before they start screaming). The screen also wakes up if it’s not on when it hears sound. It pans pretty quickly in my opinion, I know I’ve seen people complain about other monitors not panning quickly enough, and this seems the same as the average monitor in that regard, but if it went any faster it would probably wake the baby. Plus I’m only using it to monitor my kids while they’re sleeping, not while they’re playing. I’m always near while they play, so I wouldn’t need it for that. If that’s something anyone else would do then I would suggest getting several cameras and placing them in each corner of the room so you can view them quickly instead of trying to pan all the way across the room. Speaking of, I know the monitor has the ability to connect to multiple cameras at once in case you have multiple kids or want extra cameras, and I believe I saw in the guide that it can split the screen to see two cameras at once, but I only skimmed so I may be wrong. Still, it’s quicker than having one camera and having to pan through the room to figure out what the kids are doing. It even has a button so you can quickly cycle through the cameras you have. Another nice feature is that it can record and store videos! I’ve only ever seen that feature on baby monitors that connect to a phone. I don’t know how many videos it can store, but it seems like a good feature if the baby is doing something cute. I’m not really sure any other reason you might want to record videos, but it’s nice to have just in case. I think I covered every feature, so all in all, I’d recommend this monitor highly. My last one also broke when my son dropped it from like 4 feet one time. He didn’t even throw it, just dropped it and it stopped working, so if for some reason that happens again, I will come on here and edit my review to say don’t let your other kids drop it. I feel like for $200 though I should be able to throw it at the wall a couple times lol. We shall see. ... show more

    • Not bad but not great
This baby monitor is just ok. The audio to hear a child is very low. Unless a child is screaming you won't hear anything else. You won't hear talking or movement. It is so odd. The lights aren’t that bright which is fine cause it’s for night time, the music plays really well and the camera vision is great. It doesn’t flip the screen so it’s always upside down. Comes with a 32gb micros sd card. The night vision can record playback and baby start time and feeding time sets for 2hr intervals. l feel for the price of this monitor it is not worth it. ... show more
