Worth the money
Style: Biometric Hidden Gun Safe
Overall very impressed. Fingerprint sensor works, as does the code. Setup was a breeze. Took a minute to figure out how to remove the battery compartment (pay attention to the orientation when you remove it). The large copper circles face the top rear when the compartment hinges closed.

Compacts with red dot only, not full sized
Style: Biometric Hidden Gun Safe
The mounting bracket is a bit flimsy. The biometric c reader works as well as any of them. The internal mechanism limits how tall a weapon you can put in there, my PSA Dagger barely fits with the red dot on, pressed tightly into the foam. The main box is heavy and appears solid.

Biometric Gun Safe: Kid-Proof, Easy-Pick for Adults?
Style: Biometric Hidden Gun Safe
This biometric gun safe is a double-edged sword. Let's break it down: Pros: Fingerprint Scanner: The fingerprint scanner is responsive and accurate. No more fumbling with codes in an emergency. Big plus for quick access by authorized users. Keeps Kids Out: This safe is fantastic for keeping curious little hands away from firearms. Peace of mind for parents! Cons: Mounting Mayhem: The included mounting hardware feels like an afterthought. It's flimsy and wouldn't deter a determined adult. If you're serious about security, plan on purchasing stronger mounting hardware separately. Overall: This safe is a decent option for basic home security, especially if you have young children. However, for serious gun owners, the weak mounting hardware and easy disassembly are major drawbacks. Invest in some serious mounting hardware and consider this a temporary solution until you upgrade to a more secure safe. It is not ideal for long-term firearm storage. Recommendation: If you prioritize child safety over long-term firearm security, this might be a good fit. However, if you need a truly secure safe, look elsewhere. Consider this a stepping stone, not a final destination.
