Very easy to replace, they were dead center calibrated from the pack, the feel of the pressure on the axis is more constant no matter of the angle you press them and fact that the stick drift is gone makes them an amazing purchase in my book. I’ve ordered this kit twice. Both times I’ve had a defective right stick! The first one just kept clicking. The second one won’t go up or down it’s stuck on one axis on the software. Cannot even be calibrated because it only registers one axis. Would not recommend

The joysticks are installed. Installation is very easy. And They work very well. I haven't felt the effects yet, but hopefully they won't drift after prolonged use.
