Not realistically a heavy duty tarp. I knew that going in. 10 Mil is just too thin and too lightweight to be considered Heavy duty. Several of the grommets' are misplaced falling outside the periphery/salvage of the tarp and I expect that they may fail prematurely. The tarp is currently used to used to cover a rather massive pile of firewood. It is deployed on top of 2 older threadbare tarps and I expect that this will help it to remain watertight and last a couple 2-3 winter heating seasons therebye meeting my expectations. I'd call this medium duty...NOT HEAVY duty and I used it for something different. I cut it in half so I had two 6' x 16' pieces and I added a bunch of grommets. Then I fastened it to a 2x4 and 4x4 framework for use as a privacy screen. I like the fact that it is black on both sides which for some reason is a hard thing to find around here. The project turned out great. It's been up for a few months now and I like the way it looks. We'll see how well it holds up over the winter. ... show more
