GUARD SHIELD Tarp White 8x10 Feet Multi Purpose Waterproof Poly Tarp Cover 5mil (2-Pack) These worked out perfectly for our needs. They were light to medium weight and the color being white, it allowed light to come through and keep things bright inside. We only used them on this rainy, windy day at the park and used bungee cords to tie them to the posts of the pavilion so we were protected from the weather, they worked out perfectly, keeping out the rain and withstood wind some strong wind gusts of up to at least 25 mph. The metal grommets held up and did not rip out of the plastic tarp. Though it was terrible weather for an outdoor event, were still able to enjoy my Mom's 90th birthday party, the tarps saved the day! Afterwards we took them down and let them dry out for a couple of days then folded them up for storage, easy! ... show more

Its as THIN as the standard BLUE tarps. I could of went with the cheap Blue tarps for much less but I needed a certain size and in White. The size is perfect for my need. The durability on this is THIN so it won't last longer than 1-2 summer heat seasons. It does protect from the sun. The gromments are good. Just dont over stretched these. ... show more
