Got these for my son to use during soccer season - especially in tournaments. He plays midfield and would get really tired by the 3rd/4th games (which makes sense, that’s a lot of running). I checked with a friend that runs marathons and he recommended these gummies (caffeine free kind). My son eats half the pack just before warmups and finishes the pack after the game (not allowed to have them at halftime). It seems to have helped him keep going in the later games. I had been using GU Gel, and last year at a race someone gave me a bag of GU Gummies. Boy did they did the job. They boosted me better than the Gels. The taste is very good, they are easy to eat, and (for me) they provide faster boost than the Gels.

My athletic husband LOVES these chews. He uses them when he bikes. They are good, compact (he can put them in the back pockets of his jersey bike shirt and uses them when biking. Great product.
