One of the front burners does not function contacted seller and direct emailed no response. I would not recommend this product. No customer service. Zero Sent email and message on Amazon with zero replies

    • No Bridge Elements - Otherwise, pretty good
Got this quickly and looks great. The induction whirring and fans are a little noisy, but not too bad and something I could get used to. Tested as soon as I finished hooking up the electrical and was able to boil a tea kettle's worth of water in about 3 minutes. Then moved on to test the "bridge elements". Unfortunately, these do not operate as described/pictured and are just two circular elements. There is no "bridge" between them and during my testing with a cast iron griddle, water not directly over these elements didn't even boil. ... show more

this cooktop heats up extremely fast, and is super responsive to changing power levels. it can boil a large amount of water very quickly. for the price it's a great deal. it's very attractive and easy to clean.
