I’ve been wanting one of these for a while and finally decided to get one that wasn’t to expensive but durable. I’m happy with this choice. The tripod is adjustable and perfect for even using to hold the monocular when standing up. You just unscrew the little silver knob on the bottom, which is the same knob that you will place the wrist strap in. Reminds me of a miniature 🔭. Very easy to adjust for a clear view. The Smartphone adapter is tight for any MAX size iPhone and you have to remove your case. It’s kinda hard for me to take a picture of it holding my iPhone when I need the iPhone to take the picture. The adapter attaches very easily and is also adjustable. There are many features that I’m still learning about that adjust your views. See the pictures I’ve included for all the adjustments. I’m really happy with this monocular. It is very well made, easy to set-up and FUN to use. It’s nice for my first such device.

I’ve been looking for a monocular that is great with using in the field both with my eye and my phone camera. It’s easy to use as a handheld monocular with just my eye. It was easy to adjust the focus, lightweight, with clear vision. However, it’s not as easy to use with my iPhone XR. I like the attachment that is spring loaded to fit any size phone and that the viewing hole in the holder doesn’t move too easily. However, I couldn’t get it to give me any kind of decent image. I made sure it wasn’t a dirty camera lens or monocular lens (it wasn’t) but it was still really distant and unclear. Compare this with another monocular I used in Africa (photo of lion) to this monocular (photo of water). Such a big difference. If all you’re wanting is something for regular viewing, this one is fine. But if you’re wanting it for the phone camera attachment, keep looking.

The media could not be loaded. The GRWANG monocular is a really high quality optical Monocular. Its simplicity and quality are all you need. Especially at this price. it seems surprisingly well constructed and fairly durable. There is a nice rubberized coating all around providing for a good grip and some level of protection from being dropped and bouncing around a bit. Please see my photos and videos when I took at the Mid-Autumn Festival. They are remarkable isn't it. I recommend anyone to purchase this device.

Pictures are grainy and circular. Takes a while to line up the monocular and the phone. Monocular stand does not hold up the monocular.
