Description
GROZ 35022 4-Inch Three-Way Tilting Machine Vise. Provides for 3-axis setting of the workpiece. For use on special milling, drilling, grinding, shaping, and jig boring applications. With a 45-degree tilting range on either side and 90-degree vertical indexing, which allow the workpiece to be set at any desired angle. Made of hi-tensile seasoned cast iron with fully hardened and ground tool steel jaws. Premium polychromatic finish. An all-steel handle with a spring-loaded mechanism allows for stress-free operation. Hi-tensile grade 10.8 fasteners provide strength and rigidity to the vise. Relief in clamp seat ensures complete surface contact as against a line contact between the "Hold Down" clamp and movable slide, thereby providing firm locking at any desired angle. The milled slot in the base allows for accurate location of the vice on the machine table using rectangular locating nuts. "Hold Down" slots allow for secure clamping of the vice on the work table.
