  • One of the best portable storage you can buy
Set name: INFINITY2000
I read a lot of reviews and watched many videos before buying the Growatt Infinity 2000 Pro. My main use for this Growatt is for overnight camping trips and use as a back-up power in case of black-out conditions to run some equipment like Refrigerator and be able to heat food using the microwave. The Growatt battery capacity is great like but with a good solar panel it can definitely come handy when required. One can always add an additional battery, up to 2 add-on batteries for total of 6100WH. That works seamlessly to extend the battery capacity or go and buy the various available Alternator charges for your vehicle. The Growatt Infinity 2000 Pro provides 2048WH 2400W output. Growatt Infinity 2000 met the power requirements that I was looking for. And the surge power 4000w is really high. So running a microwave for a short time or a coffee machine at a campsite or picnic is not an issue at all. The other reason was the 5 year warranty that comes with Growatt Infinity 2000 Pro. Below are a few things I like about the Growatt Infinity 2000 Pro. 1) Construction - This is a solid built product. The bottom edges have these rubber bumpers for extra protection. The form factor is designed well to fit in the car. The handles are positioned for comfortable carry of the 51lb weight. The box is strong and one can easily put heavy items on the top without any issues. With the LFP battery and 4000 battery cycles, it will last me forever. 2) Display - It's big and clear. Very easy to read even on a bright day on the auto adjust display. All the connections that are turned on are shown on the display. 3) App and Connectivity - The MyGro App is impressive, works great and it's very easy to use. There are so many options that you can set via the app. Connecting the Growatt to the app was a breeze. It connects to WiFi without any issue and also to bluetooth. It is full featured and adaptable with controls to modify just about everything this generator has to offer and to help prolong battery life. 4) When the WiFi is available, the it connects via WiFi. If there is no WiFi connection, it automatically switches to Bluetooth connection. The connection is seamless and you are always connected to the Growatt Infinity 2000 Pro. 5) Charging - Growatt Infinity 2000 Pro charges at 1800W and along with solar up to 2300W to be fully charged from 0% to 100% in about 90 minutes. The fans do kick-in to dissipate all the heat generated during this fast charging. I personally charge the unit at 500 W with fan running but much less noisier and may be better for the battery life. It does have an option on the controls in app to select Quite Mode from 400W to 1800W which greatly reduces fan noise during charging. The solar charging can go up to 1200W. I don't have enough solar panels to check that max limit but this can be a really handy feature during a blackout conditions or with limited hours of sun during camping. One can charge the battery before leaving camping or any other work. Charge while driving from the 12V DC outlet in the car (Also known as the Cigarette lighter port) and the battery will be 100% when you reach your camp/work site. 5) Output Connections - There are more than enough connections that one can use, in my view. With a massive 2400 W capacity and 4800 W of peak capacity, I think you can run almost any home appliance with this. The provided ports like USB A (Fast Charging) x4, USB C x2, AC Power Outlets x4 and 12 V (Car type), DC 5521 5A x2 laptop computer type power input, are good to power any device you may have. Also unique to the Growatt Infinity 2000 Pro has 30A TT30 RV output and an 30A Anderson Port 13.2v output. This makes it friendly to use and customize to power a RV/Camper or van. ... show more

  • Great power station with higher capacity than others in the same price range
Set name: INFINITY2000
I've been wanting to get a portable power station, primarily for emergency situations. I'd looked at a bunch of different brands and based on how much I'd wanted to spend, I'd narrowed it down to either a Growatt 2000 or an Ecoflow Delta 3 Plus. Both had pretty similar prices and features, but I was leaning toward the Growatt as it had a larger capacity and also included a TT-30 outlet (which I thought could be beneficial if I ever wanted to charge an EV...more on that later). Then two thing happened simultaneously...Growatt released the 2000 Pro model on Amazon and also put it on sale. That made the choice a no-brainer as I got the higher capacity Growatt for quite a bit cheaper than an Ecoflow. I've only had it for a few days but it seems to be working great. My first test of it was what I'd consider to be the most extreme...charging my car (which is kind of ridiculous, but I wanted to do something extreme with it). I started by plugging it into an AC outlet to let it charge up to 100% (it arrived at about 50%). Then I lugged it to the garage, used the TT-30 adapter for the car, plugged in a Neutral Ground Bonding Plug (which many YouTubers had said was required in order to get the car to charge from this unit), turned the car down to 20 amps and then plugged it in. The fans on the power station revved up and the car started charging! Now...I only added around 3-4 miles to my cars range before the power station was down to 0%...but I still call that a win! Next I plan to test it further by cooking dinner using power from the power station and a portable induction burner that I got. I doubt it'll have any problems. So yeah, overall it's a great unit that I was able to snag for a good price. Because this was purchased for emergency situations, I hope I never have to use it. ... show more

  • Compact well designed power station.
Set name: INFINITY2000
I absolutely love this power station. While it doesn’t generate a substantial amount of solar power, I’m currently not using solar to charge it. Instead, I charge it using AC power. Unlike many other units, it boasts a 30A Anderson DC output, enabling you to connect devices that require more than the standard 10A DC cigarette-type power plug. Conveniently, you can access this power station via Bluetooth or WiFi using the accompanying app. I primarily manage the unit through the app when I’m not home. I’ve connected it to a smart switch, allowing me to charge it when I’m away and in need of a charge. It usually charges within an hour from a 30% remaining charge. I’ve been using it to power my diesel heater, and it has a 2048Wh battery, providing an impressive run time on a single charge. I can run it for a week without depleting the entire battery. The fan operates relatively quietly during operation or charging. It has a handle on each side, making it easy to pick up and move. It delivers stable power through both DC and AC. I’ve used it to charge the batteries for my power tools without any issues. I’ve even had chargers plugged into all four of the 20A outlets simultaneously to charge the batteries, and it continues to function flawlessly. Operating this power station is straightforward, and the manual is exceptionally well-written. The power station features four 20A AC outlets and one 30A AC outlet. I’m planning to use it with my camper during dry camping trips over the upcoming summer. ... show more
