I got this set of weights because I was tired of having to haul different sizes of weights out of a closet every time I did a weighted workout. These fit in a pretty small place out of the way in the living room where I work out. It is great to have them readily available. It is so easy to turn the handle to quickly change the weight amount with each exercise. They are durable and sturdy and I am very happy with them. Great quality. Simple and quick to change the weights with a twist and an audible click. Textured rubber handle gives a good grip. Construction feels solid, no looseness once weight is selected. I especially appreciate the weight progression at either 2 or 3 lbs while other brands have a minimum of 5 lbs, 10 different setting is a nice range. Dumbell fits solidly in the base.

I think some of the weights are off. Compared to what I use at the PT's office and these, there is a noticeable lift difference. Otherwise, they are nice set of adjustable weights at a very reasonable price.
