Give your plants the light boost they need to thrive with this full spectrum standing grow light. As a secondary light source, this style of grow light works well. We have multiple styles for overwintering plants. We keep them near south facing window and have an octopus style grow light (many lights each on a bendable arm). The trouble with this set up is that the plants are still not getting all around lighting. This is where this standing light comes in as it fills in those gaps as if there was a second window on the opposite side shining summertime sunshine all over their leaves. Would not recommend as the only light source for plants unless you intend to move them around a lot since all of your plants will grow towards the light. Only an adjustable light directly over your plants will keep them from growing wonky with only one light source, and that's just not aesthetically pleasing. It's unobtrusive because it's a narrow standing light. The tripod stand has a smaller footprint than many other grow light styles. This means you can move it around easily between plants without damaging them. You can also tuck it into a corner or other out of the way spot rather than having it front and center. Since it's a one sided light, there's no need to keep it in the middle of things. Floor on/off button is great if you want to turn it on/off based upon when you're using the room or going to sleep. You don't need to search for the switch somewhere along the cord because it's larger and quite obvious. If you're looking for one with a timer though - this isn't it. It seems like it would work with an ordinary light timer relatively easily. Full spectrum grow light mimics natural light in a way that your ordinary LED bulbs just can't. Your plants will be more lush and happy with this supplemental light source.

Assembly was easy—just screw the tripod legs onto the bottom of the light, unfold them and it’s ready to go. All light settings work nicely and are bright. I like that the rod of lights are kinda curve at an angle to reach a wider stretch of area if I were to space my plant outs. I have 3 tropical plants that I can’t have by the window in my new home, so this light is perfect for them to get the amount of light they need to stay healthy and continue growing. It would be more convenient if the rod itself bent but I’m still happy with the height of it because I’ll be able to use it for when the plants get much bigger. Overall, this is a great grow light and comes with all the necessary attachments and cords. Easy to set up, lightweight and super simple. Definitely recommend 👍🏾

I wish I'd realized there's no way to adjust the light before I ordered it- but this is either on or off, no gradient at all. Otherwise, it's made well and is a nice size. I just really can't use it.

Love the slim design of this light. Provides Very Bright, full spectrum light. You can manually turn on and off with the foot switch, or use a timer for perfect light cycles. Great Value, happy to recommend this light.

I have an old house with the perfect spot for much needed greenery, but not enough natural light to support anything that is not plastic. This light is exactly what I needed! A great feature is the adjustable stand that makes it easy to position the light exactly where it's needed. However, I noticed that while the light intensity is good, the coverage area is somewhat limited unless the light is moved back quite a bit, which then diminishes the intensity slightly. This means I have to be careful about how I position the light relative to the plants. You would also have to rotate certain plants to get coverage depending on the plant. There is no built-in timer, which would have been very convenient for managing light cycles without manual intervention. This is easily overcome with a plugin timer or smart plug socket that will allow you to add a routine to turn it on using Alexa, or an app. I am using a Wemo smart plug on an Alexa routine to turn it on and off while I am at work.

I really like how tall and bright this grow light is. It is perfect for houseplants and seed starting. Things I like about it: - tall and bright - small compact profile - legs fold up relatively easily - on/off easy to press with foot - lightweight - relatively inexpensive - easy to assemble and use Things I dislike: - no timer functionality - sometimes I like a hand switch but this only has the press one for foot Asside from those two issues I do really like this light. To overcome the downsides I put mine on a smart outlet to time on and off cycles. With that outlet this is the perfect light. If your looking for something similar for your houseplants this is an excellent option.

As you can see with my light indicator that is very close to the lights, it isnt bright at all. My seeds got leggy regarding being within inches of the light...again this is proof that this light is not an adequate grow light. Assembly was easy but it is a waste of money if you are trying to grow seeds or maintain seedlings until ready for transplant. Grow lights at a minimum should be 1,500-3,000 lumens ans 4,500-6,500 Kelvin. My shop light from Walmart is better than this light.
