Got the light for my two succulents, the windows in my house don’t let in a lot of sun so I wanted lights to give them an extra boost. The clip keeps the lights attached to my plants base and adjustable. I was worried about overheating when turned on but the wall plug stays on the lukewarm/cooler side and the lights do as well, the different timer settings also help and are good for cloudy days. Since the lights are adjustable I have three smaller aloe plants that are a few feet away from them and they seem to like the indirect light. I have been using these lights for about 6 weeks (actually my girlfriend has). She rotates 3 trays 2 under the lights on a timer then swaps out for the single.... lots of wheat grass shots! They are flexible enough and through enough lighting to work on 18 x 10 inches 2 inch trays. They hold the position they are manipulated to the entire time. Pretty simplistic and theyvserve their purpose. The value for money is there thus far. Watch for sales though. I would recommend for beginners to intermediate. Long story short or olive tree was losing leaves and the branches were dying. Change of putting soil and this light for the morning and evening and it's growing like an invasive species. Definitly worth the money.
