Product seems well made and I could definitely feel something going on with my body when sleeping directly on the sheet. It was just too hot for me and I'd wake up sweating multiple times a night. I also tried using a fitted sheet on top, but it was still warm and didn't feel much sensation. I'd rather skip this and get my proper sleep. This was a catch 22 for me. For the last 37 years I have suffered from intense chronic pain from a spinal cord injury. The pain keeps me up all night. I read studies and saw the before/after photos of how grounding reduces inflammation and pain. The results in the studies were so dramatic, I tried it and was stunned how great I felt after just 30 minutes. I decided to go further and give this a try (I honestly didn't think it would be as effective as actually putting my bare feet on the ground, but wanted a more constant grounding experience). I don't have the euphoric, happy feeling that I did from actual grounding outside. However, the intense pain in my legs is gone! It has been 4 months now, and when I an laying on this grounding sheet, my pain goes away.

This is the 2nd mattress cover I’ve ordered because I love and believe in the product. 4 stars because this shipment did not include the book. There was a sticker on the packaging that said “thanks to you, this product has a second life” so maybe this was a return and the book wasn’t returned with it? Not sure. Again, great product! Giving it as a gift so wish it had the book with it!

This mat is good and I trust it because it comes from this company (this is the original earthing product I believe). I got a tester for it and it works. Earthing has changed my life for the better. I am a sensitive person who always craves the outdoors and since I became an adult and spent less time outdoors, I began to feel like something was missing I was angry stressed and worn out and depressed and anxious and fatigued. Every day felt like a monumental task. My burnout lasted for many years and I was losing hope for recovery. I bought this product on impulse because I saw it and my body just told me this is what I needed for some reason. I have used it for 3 weeks now and I feel so much better. I have energy like I haven’t had in years. My mood is much better. I have experienced some trauma in the past and I noticed this mat helped calm my nervous system down. I never thought I’d get relief from the aftermath of the trauma I’ve been through, but I think my body just needed to reconnect to the earth. This product is so awesome I want everyone to use it. My stress levels are getting lower and lower by the day. I’m actually enjoying life now. I feel so much more relaxed and I sleep better now. Thank you to Clint Ober for creating this product. I am 68, and have been having to take sleep aids for several years, to get any sort of decent sleep. My wife and I have been using this mat for several weeks, and I have not taken a single pill since. I dismissed the possibility of a placebo effect after the first few days. Both of us have been sleeping better than we have in years. I also have arthritis in my legs and one shoulder. The pain and stiffness has been greatly reduced. All I can say is, it works. Spend the money, you won't be sorry. If it does not help you, return it.

These are helpful for insomnia. The energy makes you feel sleepy and relaxed. The only problem is I find myself waking up later in the day and it’s more difficult to get out of bed. I don’t feel more energized the next day but I have noticed that I am calmer.
