The buckle and strap work together to make the belt easy to use and comfortable to wear. The buckle halves engage with hooks hidden on the inside. Tension on the belt keeps the hooks engaged. Magnets in the halves hold the pieces in hooked alignment in case tension is reduced. To release the belt, just pull the ends together slightly, overcoming the elastic/magnetic tension, and the halves separate easily. Literally, a snap! Adjusting the strap is simple, but might take a minute or two - after all, you have to get it to slip past a bar that's intended to KEEP it from slipping! For me it has been a set-and-forget thing. Haven't had to readjust. I made it so there's a tiny amount of stretch required to mate the buckle halves, leaving the majority of the stretch for movement compensation. Very comfortable and secure. I'll add that I'm impressed with the strength of the elastic used in the strap. It seems to be heavy-duty. So far, it is not taking on the typical "slouch" at the back from being pulled down by my rear belt loops. I credit the strap's stoutness and stretch for that. Too soon to speak to durability, but the belt is definitely light and comfy. 100% recommend.

I saw an advertisement for this belt somewhere online and it was probably the first online ad I've intentionally clicked on. It seemed like it might be a gimmick, but I was tired of my current belt setting off the metal detector at the airport, so I figured I would try it. This belt is just perfect. It looks good with whatever I'm wearing, requires no daily adjustment, is secure and comfortable, is TSA friendly, and holds my pants up. It's become my go-to everyday belt. I will buy another when this one wears out, but so far after a couple months of daily use, it still looks brand new.

This thing is awesome. Stiff so pushes through your belt loops easily and quickly when you put it on. Indestructible. Clicks into place easily. A bit tough to micro adjust but set it and forget it. I was messing with my old nylon belt too much but that thing was flimsy. Looks good clean and sleek.

I have a small collection of different belts; I think I've tried most of the new versions. Started with Mission, fell down a rabbit hole, and my last belt I've been using is a carbon fiber grip6. Loop belts are my favorite, but a velcro belt can awkward on a date or other situations. I've found fault with all my belts, but I've got to say that the only thing I can complain about the belt is that I'm weary about how long the stretch of the strap will last. The strap looks like it might be replaceable with some hardware, but I see no extra straps for sale. So if you want a belt with replaceable straps or ones you can change out, I don't think that's a feature yet, but it looks possible. Beyond that the belt is great. I wear my pants lower at the hips and with many belts, I end up with a plumber's crack, then adjust as needed. Basically I'm always adjusting belts every day. The grip6 belt needed little adjusting, but it was a real pain to get tight and I hated having to undo that belt unless I was changing. This belt does everything right. It holds and the stretch in the webbing helps to keep everything put as things fluctuate through the day. And having a buckle that opens so easily is really nice...I missed that. It also does not easily come undone. I work with kids, so there's lots of movement and some grabbing and pulling at times, and this belt hasn't failed on me. I'll update if/when the stretch on the belt gives, or I'll raise the review to 5 stars if they start selling straps as that would remove the only complaint I have.

I love groove life products. Everything they make is well made, very durable, easy to adjust and easy to use the buckle. With it being magnetic, it is still easy to release the buckle but strong enough that it doesn’t come undone on you when you’re wearing it. I wear it with everything and it goes with everything. Definitely worth the money for the amazing product you get. I highly recommend this belt.

Okay if you are like me, I'm a big fella. My biggest worry was the strength of the belts magnets. I mean who wants to be some where and your belt comes undone and you can't hold up your pants! Let me 100% assure you that you have nothing to worry about. The magnets and how the belt fastens is absolutely amazing. I have had the original version of this belt for over a year. It's actually my work belt and it has never come apart! I recently bought this belt, partly for it's new design and partly because I wanted to have one for work and one for outside of work. The anti slip feature and bieng able to be washed is a improvement over the original. This belt is a little cheaper price from it's original counterpart and definitely slips less meaning it doesn't need adjusting occasionally for size. That bieng said the belt itself isn't as wide as the original as I prefer. The buckle itself is cheaper as well. I would say feels less sturdy as the original. Just a observation I got from having both. All said tho it works amazing and would buy again and again if some how I loose my belts.

My boyfriend asked for this (his second one) for his birthday. Now don't judge too harshly, but when he comes home drunk, I thank God he's wearing this belt because it takes a quick slide or the magnetic buckle and then a quick whip to get his pants off 🤣 I know he loves the ease of using it and it looks great with any outfit! It also holds up over time. He's has his first belt for years and wanted this one just to have more options. I'm sure it will last just as long.

This fits under duty belt and works great. Perfect fit. Is hard to adjust but once you get it adjusted you don’t need to do it again unless you lose or gain weight
