This is an updated review and to do my due diligence to potential buyers, I'll admit we had issues with leaking along the bottom seem. Things happen and sometimes you get a bad batch, so maybe that's what happened. The seller reached out after my review and offered a full refund without me requesting one. I feel like that has more weight in my purchase than anything else. Anyone who stands behind their product deserves a second chance and recognition in my opinion, so I'll be reordering again when needed.

Editing this from one star to five stars for two reasons. First, the customer service person who responded to this review was very kind to work with. He reimbursed us for the purchase and asked that we try the product again. We did, and the lids have been revamped and are MUCH better. The plastic is a lot thicker and has a good grip on the cup. Will be ordering again. We bought these in 2022 and 2023 and they were great. Sturdy, didn't leak, lids fit securely. They weren't available for a while so we tried a different brand (and were disappointed). We were excited when these were available again and bought more a few months ago. The cups are fine, we didn't have issues with those, but the lids are super, super thin plastic that doesn't stay securely on the cup. Epic fail this round. We now have lots of spilled coffee stories and a bunch of leftover cups because so many lids were mangled or wouldn't stay on the cup.

As posted in the Headline I bought the 16oz white paper coffee cups with black lid and "kraft" sleeve 50 pack. Cup - White paper with a "plastic" waterproof coating on the inside. I assume it is "plastic", but I am not 100% sure (you can probably check what it is made out of in the item description or contacting the manufacturer), but it is pretty leak proof. The cup has yet to leak and I tried it with letting hot water (212° F) sit in it for over 24hrs. It has re-usability, I have re-used the cup at least 3 times in a row, over the course of around 8 hours. The cups stayed in shape, I have washed it and reused it, no issues. Again, I have only done this around 3-4 times, then tossed the cup. Because I didn't want to carry it around with me, not because it couldn't be re-used. So you can probably get more uses out of a cup than 3-4. It fits under my Keurig with room to spare (going to try the 20oz at a later date). Do take note! You absolutely need to use the sleeve if you are drinking hot drinks, as the paper Does Not take much from the temperature of the drink in the cup and it gets Very hot. Not hot enough to actually cause burns, but it definitely does not feel good. Use the sleeve. 5 * it works better than expected, and can be used multiple times. "Kraft" Sleeve - Not much to say about it, the sleeve seems to be made of cardboard, doesn't break, if used correctly. Fits the cup well. Does make it to where you can hold the cup with hot liquids, as it makes it the where the cup feels warm, not hot, where the sleeve is located. It covers a good portion of the cup and fits around the middle. 5* -It works, like it is supposed to. Lid - The lid is black, and looks as shown in the picture. It does have a hole for dinking, that isn't covered, so technically you CAN spill. So far, the lids fit properly and dont leak when drinking from them. I have used about 10 cups with lids, at the time of this review, and no issues. That doesn't mean that there can't be one that wasn't made correctly, as that can happen, I just haven't had that issue. 5* It works like it is supposed to. I have amazon prime, and ordered this through amazon prime, so I had no issues with the delivery of the cups and they were not damaged on delivery, like some people mention. I'm not saying it can't happen, I am saying mine was delivered fine. Great coffee cup and accessories. Will be buying the 100pk next time and 100% recommend.

I hate washing traveling mugs. It’s gross and it’s hard to get the lid clean. I gave up and use these now. The lids are pretty meh and feel thin, but they haven’t leaked on me yet so I consider that a win. They aren’t thick paper by any means so your drink isn’t going to stay hot for hours. I find making a hot cup of coffee that’s too hot to drink will be very drinkable after my 20 minute dive to work. The sleeves always get left behind in my car cup holders on accident but by then they aren’t really needed anyway

I dont think I've ever had to leave a bad review but here goes... I've used 2 cups since I got it a few days ago. First cup, the bottom was caving in and felt moist. Second cup, which was yesterday, THE BOTTOM BROKE in my hand as I was lifting the cup to drink it and SPILLED IT ALL OVER MY WORK LAPTOP keyboard which caused severe damage to my macbook and now I have to buy a new one.... I trusted this product and its 6k glowing reviews but now I am very VERY disappointed and have to not only continue finding reliable and sturdy coffee cups to use but also replace the laptop all because I chose to take a chance on this product... very very very upset at this.. didn't think a $20 purchase was going to cause me almost a thousand dollars in damages.
