I had some questions about replacement keys and contacted customer service and they were very responsive with a reply within a few hours and quickly answered my questions. This is a good solution if you're looking to secure valuables and small firearms. It has two shelves with a fitted carpet mat and one rack to prop handguns. It comes with hardware to secure the safe to a shelf or wall studs. I like that it has a secure key, programmable code and fingerprint option. It is not a heavy/fire-proof but that's not what I was looking for at this time. I'm happy with the purchase!

I wanted an affordable safe for valuables, home defense products, and documents. This model was in the price range I wanted and it also had a $20 discount. For the price I thought it would be worth checking it out. I was impressed with the packaging. Heavy cardboard box with lots of fitted styrofoam. For the safe itself. It's fairly light. That's what I expected. I wasn't looking for the older, typical heavy iron safe anyway. Yes, it's an import and I generally avoid them, but for the price I'm impressed with the features: + The locking mechanism has thick rods or pins. Not flimsy. + The lock itself is very easy to use, it has a dial that you turn to open the unlocked door. + Three options for unlocking the safe. By Key ( 2 are included), biometric ( fingerprint), or keypad. They all work flawlessly for me. + Programming the lock is easy. When your fingerprint or keycode is set you get a green light on the lock. + The keypad is backlit. The interior light is another nice feature. + The Instructions were clear and helpful. There is a reset button for programming on the battery housing. + Space. Lots of it. This safe has two shelves and an organizer on the inside of the door. At first I didn't see the two keys that came with the safe. I had read a review on Amazon that stated that they were concealed or hidden. Sure enough they were hidden in a little black box. It wasn't really hard to find. The digital items and interior light run on 4 AA batteries that are not included. Not an issue for me. I wouldn't hesitate to buy this safe again. It offers decent security at an affordable price and I found it easy to program and use.

Seems like great quality for the money. I really like the fact that you can open it with biometrics, key pad, or a key, if the batteries die, then just plug in a USB C and you are able to open it. It is a very nice size, and very sturdy, I did take the door off as I was hanging it on a wall by myself, but it went back on pretty quickly. So far I'm very pleased.

UPDATE - The seller reached out to me and helped me resolve the issue. UPDATE - Its only been 2 months and its already stopped working. It wont accept a charge from the usb c port and no matter which brand batteries i use it just wont turn on. The only way to open this thing going forward is with the key. Really defeats the purpose of having a fingerprint scanner. This is a great safe, easy to set up, finger print works consistently. Only problem is the huge red sticker on the front. Upon taking it off it left super thick glue residue on the front of the safe. Annoying but not a big deal.

This safe came packaged like it’s worth 500 bucks, i was very impressed. It’s lightweight but still very sturdy and well constructed. Setting up a password and fingerprint was easier than any passcode/fingerprint security access system i have ever had to use. I literally unpacked it and set the passcodes in less than 10 mins. It came with mounting hardware which is great but i had i have no use for it. I bought this safe to store my handguns and jewelry so for the price this safe is perfect for my needs.
