Only exactly the right amount of hardware is included. One of the hex screws was the wrong size at the hex head and had to find work around. Also, the design is a little lacking compared to a similarly priced chair from a different vendor which I also purchased for the same price. It was almost exactly the same dimension and design, but had an added piece of HDPE screwed to the tops of each chair back boards, which kept the boards in a more even line. I had been looking for good quality no maintence adirondack chairs to replace a pair of old wooden adirondacks that were in bad need of repair. I didn't want cheap lightweight plastic chairs that I would worry about in the wind, but I was finding that better quality "non wood" chairs cost $250+ in stores. I started looking on Amazon before prime day, and saw these chars. They looked like good quality, they were heavy, and they had good reviews. They came with the seat and the back preassembled, and it took my husband about 15 minutes to assemble each chair with a cordless driver. I was disappointed with the workmanship of this chair. Before I finished putting it together it, I had to repair one of the pre assembled arm pieces. The screws were not holding. I opted to repair it and hope for the best as it would have been more of a chore to return this large heavy item. My advice is to throughly check the pieces before starting assembly. ... show more
