This came today. Unlike in the video, there is no hose covering the blade 'all tied up'. The very dull rusted blade wouldn't even tear a paper napkin! Amazon seems to be going downhill lately, some deliveries delayed for weeks, etc., and then in this case the product is totally unusable! You can't imagine our disappointment. Sending it back! Perhaps another will be brand new, sharp, and what is advertized. I will update at that time. Update: the next day. Another was delivered. This one also has no hose on the blade, which is also rusted, but not as badly. The box wasn't even taped shut, but all the parts seem to be here. My husband will keep it anyway.
