The product itself is great. It's easy to hold and writes very smoothly. Unfortunately, I placed a double order (2 boxes), but I received only one box. I have never returned a purchase, and I don't want to return this product. I do, however, wish to receive the FULL ORDER as purchased, but the many choices offered in the "return" menu do not include this option.

Hi. I’ve been using these Grey Parrot rollerball pens regularly for a few weeks now and I am pleased with their ease of use, design and performance. These lightweight, non- refillable, pens are well balanced and comfortable to use when posted (i.e. cap placed on the end of the barrel). The lower third of the grip is a “see-through” style that allows the user to track when the ink supply is dropping and approaching empty. In this respect, the Grey Parrot’s grip area resembles the transparent lower barrel of the Pilot Precise V5. The manufacturer states that the ink is fade proof and water resistant. While I have not owned these pens long enough to verify the ink’s “fade proof” claim, I can say that the ink does dry amazingly fast. It is not a stretch to call this ink smudge-proof because, for all intents and purposes, with everyday “normal” use, it really is. It really is impressive in this regard. Lastly, regarding the ink …. I was also pleased with how secure it is. Try as I might, I was not able to erase words written with this pen with either of my go-to erasers (white Staedtler and/or art gum). Text and sample signatures I wrote with this Gray Parrot rollerball were untouched, and unchanged, when I attempted to erase them. The words I had written were going nowhere … Conclusion: These well made, value priced, rollerball pens are comfortable to use and are filled with smooth flowing, secure, ink that defy erasers. For the price, they are a bargain for their high quality and the solid performance they provide.

These are nice pens that write a fine 0.5mm. They do have caps though, so if you are the type that loses caps to pens (which I do) they may not be for you. Seem to write well, don't blot or smear. Write best on regular paper. They are not very comfortable to hold though, so if you plan on writing a long letter, you might want something with a better grip. The ink dries quickly. I wonder how long they will take to dry up though. They are probably best for writing short notes or signatures.
