Sweeper works as it should. Plenty of power to clean debris off my driveway after I cut the lawn. Seems to last a fairly long time on the charge also. It’s small lightweight but it packs a punch would definitely recommend.

I did not have any great expectations for this and I wasn't wrong. On the plus side: it is very light weight and convenient to use, it starts at the flip of a switch, it recharges quickly, no smelly fumes. On the down side: it has very little power (compared to a gas blower), it loses what power it has as the battery runs down. I will admit that I am spoiled by the power of my Stihl back pack blower but I had hoped for a little more than what this one has. I bought it for convenience because for a quick job like blowing off the mower or something I find it very inconvenient to have to get out the big heavy one and start it up for a 2 minute job. However I find that that 2 minute job takes about 5 with this blower because of it's weak air stream. I don't regret the purchase because I will find uses for it when only a weak air stream is needed and the convenience will make it a pleasure to use when I might otherwise have not bothered with doing the job at all. Update after a couple months use: I have learned to really like this handy little blower! Everything I said about it's power compared to a gas powered blower is true but the convenience outweighs that in many cases. I find it so handy to use for little jobs and after mowing for 6 hours (yes, 6 hours!) this is so much easier to flip the switch to start than wrestling with my gas blower so I can blow off my mower and side walk. I always keep it fully charged and have it ready to go. For big jobs (like my 1000 foot long driveway) I still have to crank up the gas blower but for most other jobs I turn to this one. And one other thing----I never get burnt by accidently touching the hot exhaust nor do I breath in those noxious fumes! All in all, IT'S A WINNER!

I have several Greenworks machines, and they are all awesome. I was able to put this blower together quite easily. Tried it out in my driveway, and it works great--lots of power, lightweight, and easy to operate. I am 5 feet tall/100 pounds, so the harness is very big on me, but if I cinch it down as small as it goes, it fits like an extra bulky backpack. Just one question: What is this extra gray knob, which came in a separate plastic bag along with the clamps that go around the vent hose, for?I don't see it in the instructions or anywhere to attach it.

I own several other Greenworks tools. I am very pleased with all of them. Since batteries can be shared, I have extra power on hand for any job and for back up during a power outage. This sweeper is well designed, balanced, firm handle, light, controls are easy to access and utilize. Nice mph power, does a good job on decks, patios and walkways. Just be aware if this is your first blower/sweeper purchase, it is more of a sweeper than a blower. It'll sweep leaves etc off a flat surface/short distances but its not really intended to blow leaves off your lawn or other natural areas. For that you need one of the other Greenworks blowers. I own both, a blower and a sweeper, use according to function.

I bought this item to replace the same model, which I would give a 5 star for the years it worked. The repacement, ordered 7 months ago is already malfunctioning. Turns off after about 15 seconds of use. It is not the battery because it works on my old model which I still have.

Blower worked great. I bought this blower for two reasons. 1. I needed a nozzle that was lightweight, long enough and small enough to fit in my gutters and I wouldn’t have to bend. 2. I have other Green Works products and batteries that would be interchangeable. It worked great! Nozzle fit in the gutter so I could get under the leaves and blow them up and out and it blew them around the corners. I needed the two batteries to finish the job so having a battery from another previously purchased Green Works product was helpful.

This is definitely better than my old Black and Decker blower, and lighter too, but the battery only lasts about 15 min, which is still not enough time to blow off driveway, 2 patios, 2 sets of steps, plus sidewalks and curbs. I thought the lithium batteries were supposed to be SO much better, but this just isn't the case...my old B&D battery [not lithium] lasted about the same amount of time, maybe just 5 minutes less. And when the Green Works battery runs out, the blower just stops, and you're screwed, whereas the B&D would keep running, just not as powerful, so at least you could finish up. Also, this blower is definitely not strong enough to blow debris out of a gutter (as I had read somewhere that it was). Based on the weak battery life, you'd have to split your outside clean up days into 2 different days while you wait for the battery to recharge. I've purchased Greenworks products before, and expected a lot more, and it's just too much of a hassle to return, so I'm stuck with it. I did a lot of research before deciding on the GW's blower, and ultimately decided on it because of my past experience with the company, but I'll be rethinking this in the future. Update: I purchased this summer of 2015, and by the end of 2016 the battery was no longer working (im just getting around to updating my review) Since I purchased from Amazon warehouse deals I was out of luck. Essentially, I used the item no more the 10 times, the (joke) Lithium battery or whatever type it was was not kept in a cold garage, and I followed all the rules in terms of the battery, so iultimately, the battery is flawed and Green Works products are faulty and poorly manufactured items., To make matters worse, this was my 2nd Greenworks product; the other was an electric blower/mulcher which lasted only about 2 years, when it just gave out, so it too ended up in the garbage...2 of Greenworks supposedly ‘green’ products are now filling up landfills in less than 2 years time! So, never again will I purchase a Greenworks product...I work too hard to throw money away on disposable electronic yard tools. I also feel that Amazons returns need to be more flexible in situations like this, especially when you are NOT using something year round, you put it away for several months, and then when you go to use it the following year it doesnt work, after which you have no repercussions because you've had the item too long!
