I recently purchased the Greenworks 40V Cordless Leaf Blower and it has completely exceeded my expectations. The 150 MPH air speed and 130 CFM airflow are perfect for quickly clearing leaves, grass clippings, and debris from my yard. It has the power I need for both small and medium tasks, and it works great on everything from light debris to larger piles of leaves. One of the best features is the cordless design—I can move around the yard freely without worrying about tripping over cords or finding an outlet. The 4.0Ah battery provides plenty of runtime to finish my whole yard, and it recharges fairly quickly, so I can get back to work if I need to. The blower itself is lightweight and ergonomic, making it super comfortable to use, even for extended periods. It’s not as heavy or bulky as some gas-powered models, and I appreciate that I don’t have to deal with the noise and fumes of a gas engine. Plus, the variable speed trigger gives me full control over the power, which is great when I need to adjust for different tasks. Another thing I love is how quiet it is compared to other blowers I’ve used. I can use it early in the morning without disturbing the neighbors, which is a huge plus.     • Great for Simple Clean-up in Dry Situations

I bought this after buying the Greenworks 40V mower. I bought the 150MPH model that comes with a 4.0AH battery and a charger. I bought this combo so that I could add an extra charger and extra longer-life battery to my overall system. All that has worked out well. These are good surprisingly products. It's nice to have a blower that I can just use without setting up an extension cord. The big downside is power -- this is not for big jobs with wet grass or leaves. It just doesn't have the ooomph for that. But those are exceptions for me, and I can use the corded blower for those. Most of the time, I just want to do a 10-minute tidy after mowing, in relatively dry conditions. And this meets that need very well. The combination of the 40V mower and this gives you three batteries and two chargers, which is plenty to do lawns up to a third of an acre, perhaps a little more if you rotate the batteries into the charger intelligently. It really is a practical, effective and better solution for many properties (as opposed to a "feel good, put up with it because I want to be green" type of non-solution). ... show more

The leaf blower itself is great. It has great power and is pretty light to carry around. The battery is the same as my lawn mower and they don’t seem to last very long. I used the fully charged battery for less than 20min and then it died. It’s a great leaf blower. I would definitely recommend.

This blower is lightweight and is so maneuverable that it can be operated with one hand, although I would strongly not recommend it. Don't expect it to remove a tall pile of leaves because it was not designed to do that. I use it in the yard to remove cut clippings from bushes, to clean the garage or to remove the sand from the driveway, and it is extremely efficient. A small disadvantage mentioned by others is that the turn on and off switch is placed inconveniently in front of the handle and is awkward to reach, but a nice feature is that one can control the force of the airflow by increasing or decreasing it gradually. The battery lasts about 40 to 45 minutes depending on the use of the unit. It also recharges fairly quickly and can be used in other Greenworks products. ... show more

This is not strong enough for blowing leaves on the grass even you choose the highest speed. If you’re going to use it on the concrete surfaces, it maybe okay for dust or small leaves. I wouldn’t recommend it overall.

Fantastic Blower!! Plenty of power to do that long long driveway (Mine is almost 200 ft) plus the 3 car pad in front of the garage. Totally impressed for a battery operated machine. Buy it, you won't be disappointed as it is well worth the money. Do get the 40V...the 20V's just don't have enough muscle to get the job done. Easy to handle and is not heavy. Runs out of juice real fast. I would definitely recommend getting a second battery. Don't get me wrong.It does the job well.I am a female. But my last blower, did twice as much on the same battery. Of course.Now I need to spend forty dollars to get another battery.
