It works okay. The only complaints are, it does take a little longer to toast the bread and it doesn’t completely cut the bread in two pieces. We aren’t entirely dissatisfied. We continue to use it. It’s easy to clean up melted cheese from it.

Nothing sticks too it but it has a gap between the plates and the unit. It’s easy to unscrew and clean it just kind of a hassle.

Handle was kinda cheap. My husband went to close it and it snapped off. I have never seen anything like that happen before. We had one for years that needed replacing because it was scratched. Never seen one break like that though.
