I live on a hilltop in mainly farmland, so the open fields create a lot of wind, I needed a small enough but well supported greenhouse that wouldn’t blow away and fit on my back porch. This was perfect. I cornered it on the railings of the back porch to give it extra support when it gets windy and tied it to the railings, it hasn’t failed me yet.... knock on wood. It has 4 metal grated shelves. The frame is metal with plastic connectors. Really easy to put together, no screws :)! The metal grated shelves sit on top of the metal shelf frame, they are not permanently mounted, they can easily be moved to make room for larger plants. Overall a great greenhouse. ... show more

Worth the money! I’ve bought 2 other kinds greenhouse on wayfair last fall to prepare for winter for our plants. They are all about the same quality, Imported from China. They are not as stable As you expect, but it’s cheap enough to use for a while

I love it for my winter inside plants. Great cat protection. The only thing is don't plan on moving it anywhere the pipes pop out you get those back in the other side will pop out. (I bungee corded them to stay braced) But semi sturdy I did have to put a table against it to prop it up because I have a cat that seems the top is a great place to nap :(. For the price and purpose it's a great lil greenhouse. Would I want it outside... Probably not. ... show more

this greenhouse seems to be just what we were looking for to start our seedlings indoors. Appears to be well made, metal has a nice finish and there are little touches (like the locks for the shelving) that make it seem like there was attention to detail when it was made. As we have not used it yet, I cannot comment on how well it works. that will be at a later date. One comment, I do not believe we will use it outside as I don't think it will withstand a stiff breeze and definitely not strong winds. For us that is fine, as we did not buy it for that, however potential buyers should be aware of that. All in all, a very good purchase for our purposes ... show more

I was excited about getting a great deal on this but it totally fried my kumquat tree within a few hours, almost like ants under a magnifying glass. I am devastated. Maybe greenhouse covers need to be more opaque? I live in the Pacific Northwest and I put it up around 3pm yesterday, in hopes of protecting them from the colder fall nights. By evening my previously green and healthy trees looked like the photo. I'm hoping I didn't totally kill them with this thing. Will be returning or using some other cover for the frame. ... show more

This greenhouse actually exceeded my expectations given the price point. Sturdy enough to fill top three shelves with seed starting pots and load the bottom shelf with 'tools' and extra seeds. I use it inside with a grow light so no need to tether to the ground. I have moved it several times fully loaded, carefully, and it is fine. If I had to give a 'what doesn't work well', it is that the door rolls up, ties if you want, or I just flip it over the top, but it does not open to the highest points. I just have this feeling of wanting it to go higher (it really could not AND roll up. I would definitely order again or recommend to a friend. ... show more

I honestly quite like the design and size, as it fits my balcony perfectly. Unfortunately, the quality control isn't quite up to standard, so its only fair I rate it lower. I got exactly the pieces needed to assemble the greenhouse, but unfortunately 2 of the metal rods were bent, making them difficult to insert into the plastic frame, and one of the plastic frame connectors was either warped or not casted correctly, meaning that one connection is hanging completely loose in the product as I use it now. Although we can't exactly expect perfect condition for this price, Including an extra plastic piece (out of 8), and an extra metal pipe would have given me a lot more confidence in the stability of this build. Additionally, I wish there was an option for a non-plastic frame connection pieces, even if it did cost slightly more since I am concerned about how it will hold up over time, but that's just a personal note. ... show more
