I really like this product. This package is resealable. You need to lift up on the curved portion of the white label. The label has very good adhesive, which reseals the package and keeps the cleansing cloths moist. Just beware that the cleansing cloths are folded over each other so be careful pulling the first few out or you may end up pulling out several at the same time. I have very sensitive skin and, in my opinion, these cloths are definitely PH balanced. They are very gentle and have not caused any irritation or itching. In my opinion this is a wonderful product and I am about to purchase two more packs. ... show more

These are fine, really soft and yet strong enough to do the job. Zero irritation. However, I can't stand the scent. They say unscented, but they stink, and for that reason I can't reorder. That aside, I would have given 5 stars

I have been using this product for years. It is a very gentle soap....for your delicate areas...ahem. Because it is meant to cleanse those areas it is very delicate to your skin etc. So much more gentle than the average liquid body soap or bar soap. So glad I found this product. The company which is called Genneve was established by women gynocologists for matters that are important to gals and girls alike in regards to this soap, but they offer so much more in regards to items specifically for women if you know what I mean. ... show more

I have been using this product for almost six years. The soap is the best I have ever found for private areas, but the new packaging is terrible. After waiting about a month for it to come back in stock, I was sent the new pump-style bottle that leaked all over the packaging. It was wrapped in plastic, but the cap still opened and leaked everywhere. I immediately started the replacement process and was told to return it. Ohhhh-kay. So you want me to send back the leaking product? Will do. Meanwhile, the package is somehow leaking out of the plastic wrap and Amazon bag onto my counter. I waited for the next bottle, hoping the first was a fluke. Nope, same thing happened. I decided to just keep the second bottle though I think it's unfair to pay full price for a product that wasn't full upon receipt. On a side note, I also think the label design is ugly, although that alone won't stop me from ordering it. It would be nice if they made something more aesthetically attractive, and I want to support this small business and keep using this product, but if they don't fix this leaking product, I'm going to have to find a replacement. If they fix those things, it will get 5 stars from me. ... show more

This is a good product. I’ve used it for about a year, but I will not purchase it again because the last two times I have ordered it, it has arrived and leaked everywhere inside the box. Pretty insane this is such a problem given multiple reviews have stated this. A real shame- on to the next.
