The frame arrived well-packaged, with all parts and tools complete - and clearly marked. I decided to dedicate a whole morning to assembling the bed frame. It took me 4-5 hours to build on my own, which included some rework due to me not following the instructions closely or using the wrong pieces - but these were minor hassles. With 2 people working together, I am sure that it would have taken me half the time to assemble. Once complete, the bed frame looks nice, is comfortable, and feels very sturdy (note: I am a heavy individual - I bought the frame with weight very much in mind.) All in all, I am very satisfied with the purchase - and even for someone like me (who is not a handyman) it was time-consuming but not impossible to put together. ... show more

This bed frame is super easy to put together with labeled pieces and clear instructions! I’ve had it about a month and i’m very impressed. Sturdy quality materials that don’t feel cheap or junky. I would definitely recommend this bed frame.

    • it's attractive, sturdy and well made.
Should have come with plugs to cover all of the metal screws - and there were a lot. I still have not found plugs that fit well. I guess I'll have to glue them in.

So far, this bed is good. Now when I gotten it at first . There was a defect part and they will send you a replacement to replace the first frame. This bed is very sturdy. Easy to add sheets to the mattress. I have my, mattress,pillows, sheet and my blanket on this queen size frame. Anyone looking for a Sturdy metal frame. You will love it. I forgot to explained this part... Now it is a 11 inch high. So it is good for me. However If you need more height. Get an 14 inch or 18 inch. Or get some riser for the legs.     • Sturdy bed at a good price

Firstly, always look at the reviews before you buy anything large, heavy, and expensive (relative to like, idk socks). I was worried about getting an unusable/heavily damaged frame after seeing some reviews, but I took the risk. I've had the bed for a while now and can say that, overall, I lucked out on a really nice bed. For a metal frame, it's noiseless and sturdy, no problems for two full sized adults that do full sized adult things. If you're a bigger person, this is the cheap bed for you in that department. Here are the issues: The headrest is low, which I don't mind because I have a bunch of pillows to lean on, but keep that in mind. I've stubbed my toe a bunch on the middle side legs, but I'm getting used to it, so keep that in mind too. The biggest issue is construction... except not really. I'm a small person and I was able to build the bed on my own, however it did take all day AND I needed help getting the mattress into the frame at the end. I personally don't mind how long it took, I like building furniture while watching TV. I don't really get the complaints about construction being excessively difficult but to each their own. While the bed did come with every piece (and everything was labeled/the instructions were easy to follow) I almost couldn't build the bed due to the bottom bars not fitting within the frame. I had to do a trick where I loosened the frame along the sides, put the bars in, and then tightened it back up as best I could. One end is still too loose for the round buffer piece so it's completely loosened, rather than snug. The mattress itself is now holding the bars down so they don't pop out. Again though, no real complaints after time has passed. The bed works great and hasn't broken yet. TLDR Good sturdy bed for cheap adults, really does hold a lot of weight. Construction is simple but takes time and some strength. Pieces may come warped, takes elbow grease to make it work BUT it works. At least for me. For now. Good luck. ... show more

First off, they sent the wrong color. I was goingto return it but had a hard time taping up the box. Secondly, they need to have better instructions instead of just pics so you know what you should do first with each step. Thirdly, the knobs that go on top of the head and foot base don’t tighten and seem to be stripped. I’m a 67 yr old lady with arthritis in her fingers and that van Allen wrench was nasty. Oh, and 4th, once that H little clamp is screwed in to the foot base, how the heck do you screw it in to the center piece??? I just left it unconnected. This is why I ask that there should be instructions within each step. Other than that, it’s ok… ... show more

Update to original Review. Went through Amazon to get a replacement and had some issues with the new frame as well but as I had the parts from the original order I managed to put it together before sending it back the the original frame. Putting it together was time consuming. The instructions could use a little more information and putting in the bars at the end was the worst. We got it done but it was headache to say the least. The frame is holding up well, but a toddler can pull those decorative loops on the headboard and foot board easily so beware. My 2 year old nephew just pulled and half of one of the loops came undone. Other than that it looks nice in the space and leaves enough space under for storage. I also want to add that contacting the seller is useless as none of the provided contact information worked for me. I got a generic response from them through Amazon about a month later probably because I asked for a replacement be sent out to me from amazon because it was defective. The response was basically saying if you have any issues please contact us. Well I tried and got no where. **************************************************************************************************************** First off I would like to say everything was included in the box needed to put this together. I wanted to like this. I was excited to get it earlier then expected too. However when I started to put it together one of the pieces would not allow the screws to go in. Per the instructions included in the box I stopped trying to put it together and reached out to the seller. I tried calling the number included and it just rang and rang and rang. No option to leave a message. Plus the email provided bounced back to me as well. This will be going back if I can’t get a hold of customer service soon. ... show more
