Took me a long time to build but was worth it in the end. It's a very heavy duty strong metal bed. Also I think it's pretty!! I Did the 1st step where I unwrapped each piece individually, Then I sorted them out on the floor according to numbers, and then I put a checkmark by all of them that I had all of them , and then I built the the bed. It was hard to screw in all the screws. My hand got shore, but I think if you had a electrical power screw drill with the bit on it to do these pacific kind of screws, it would be awesome and get done in less time. I just got this twin bed to replace another metal twin one that after 18 months the middle legs were simply falling apart after one of the screws broke and got stuck inside. This one arrived earlier than the ETA, the box in very good condition to my home door. The instructions were easy to follow, my 17 year old son, 5'9", medium complexity, assembled it with very little help from me. It is like if this manufacturer would have heard us complaining of the weakest middle part of his former metal bed, which was even more expensive thank this one. So the weakest middle part of his old bed, is reinforced in this new one, with a couple of strong middle metal tubes which provide this bed with more stability and sturdiness. It comes with all the needed to be assembled: screws, tools, and even a mallet covered with a foam/plastic material, to bang some of the metal pieces. Whoever who designed this bed, manufactured, and packed it, thank you very much! You guys have cared for all the details. Hooray for Green Forest! (I have read many questions, asking if the bed comes with a matress, nope it does not, which I respect because it allows you to decide how much money you want to invest in a good matress as per your own budget). ... show more

The bed itself put together easy and looks great, but the chemical smell that came out once I opened the box was too much. I had to open a window and take a break half way through from my nose and throat burning.

Moving to a new apartment, my old bed broke, so I ordered this frame thinking it would be a temporary fix, but I love it, it is very sturdy and it was easy to put together. For the money, this is an excellent option.

I've needed a new bed frame for some time now, and I've been very thorough with my searching since many frames have rather low weight limits (I'm a big person at 350 pounds). I was surprised this one boasted to be able to hold over 3000 pounds (that's a lot!) and although I haven't had the frame long it's been the sturdiest bed frame I've had in a long time. There's no squeaking at all, there's no wobbling whenever I get in and out of bed, and I feel secure in letting myself flop onto my mattress without fear of the whole frame breaking beneath me.
