Assembly was straightforward and relatively simple with good instructions. The bike has awesome power but is understandably heavy. Battery life is good, but I turn pedal assist off unless going up hills. I use it primarily on trails in the mountains and have found the pedal assist even at level 1 too much. So I use the throttle to provide the drive I need and that overrides the pedal assist. Highly recommended.

I checked the nuts on the tires and everything I could but after riding I felt some looseness in the fort shaft now I have to take off the tire the fender and the lights to access the nut that's deep up inside the well to tighten the forks a little p o about that. Update not enough looks like a rivet so the top part just spins can't tighten can't ride. Contacted the seller they sent me a email back saying put the handlebars on for the instructions that is not the issue the handlebars the forks it's all loose inside the stem of the bike update later. Okay so after learning a few more things about the bike I loosened the top bracket on the fork tubes and then tighten that nut down are Bolt extremely tight that did finally pull the forks up tighter the company was helping me out and I appreciate that so under the bike it's a great bike I got 45 miles out of mixed riding love to do a Motors

The media could not be loaded. I did need to tighten the steerer tube. For my first ebike I figured this price point would be perfect. I've heard conflicting things about full suspension vs hardtail ebike but I opted in for the M8 Pro. I use to race amateur DH mountain bike so I'm pretty savvy when it comes to quality and ease of assembly. It's a little bigger than i thought and im 6' and 180lbs. If you're smart and know how to use tools and a understand assembly, this build will take about one and a half hour. I looked at the instructions once to clarify the front hub washer direction (the detent goes down, see pic). FedEx was quick and got it to my door in 5 days. The driver was even kind enough to help pack the 100lbs package to my 2nd floor. All in all, I'm pretty impressed. Im a little concerned that the charger gets so hot but it is charging at 3amp and at 59v. If I was the company I would upgrade to a 1.5a-3a switchable charger. Headlight is amazingly bright and easy to adjust, signals are great even though nobody ever uses them. The photos show a USB charger, that's a big negative unless I'm a blind cyclist lol (UPDATE, im a blind cyclist watch out! its under the control pad). The horn is a cute little buzz like a scary cracked out bumblebee. The triple crown front fork is a little overkill in my opinion and some weight could have been shaved off if they went with a single crown but, it makes this bike look like it means business with dual drive motors. I would also suggest a kill key or passcode so you can leave this bike unattended and not have to worry to much. I also have left the front fender off just for the time being (I did decide to put it on to mitigate debris and water getting thrown to the underside of the battery tray). The rear rack has a good stout feel to it, I'll be replacing it with a larger tray style though. This bike is going to be my hunting rig so fingers crossed it'll last more than a season. Will update in the future. UPDATE, first ride and holy smokes! I got talked to by the fuzz because I was going 10 over the limit lol. It will in fact do 45 in PAS or throttle and it also has a cruise control mode that I haven't quite figured out, its not a button but more of an computed auto cruise. You'll be getting looks for sure on this machine. Will update if any issues or comments arise. UPDATE, the top of the headset cap is starting to separate. Photo attached and after looking at the warranty its 1 year at DATE OF MANUFACTURE. Im also not super worried about it but did have to tighten the steerer tube again to alleviate a little rattle.

Received the bike, put it together. Noticed the seat was ripped contacted them no response. Airing the tires up it called for 30 pounds. I stopped at 28. The tire blew out contacted them still no response so customer service is not worth a darn. overall it’s a decent bike. I wouldn’t recommend because the customer service.

If you’re looking for a good quality e-bike that’s built really well, this is the one! It comes partially assembled and it took me about 2 hours to get mine completed. It’s fairly straightforward and the instructions are fairly good but do lack a few of the fine points, but easily figured out. It’s a total blast to ride and it does get up to the 40mph speed on a flat paved surface. Like others have noted, it is a bit heavier than most bikes but the dual motors and the bigger battery is a good trade off. I love mine and I really would not hesitate to buy this one again!

Since Great work sent me another seat pole my bike is fantastic!! The customer service representative said they were going to send me a new seat pole. Well I got the seat pole and now I can put both feet on the ground and I haven’t had any problems or issues with the bike!! Their service was fantastic and they went overboard to make me comfortable and they did!! The Great Work company kept their word and sent me whatever I needed to make my ride as comfortable as possible!! What a wonderful company!! There customer service representative are so fantastic and I’m thinking about buying another bike for my 16 year old son!! The bike is impressive outstanding and great quality!!!!
