I checked the nuts on the tires and everything I could but after riding I felt some looseness in the fort shaft now I have to take off the tire the fender and the lights to access the nut that's deep up inside the well to tighten the forks a little p o about that. Update not enough looks like a rivet so the top part just spins can't tighten can't ride. Contacted the seller they sent me a email back saying put the handlebars on for the instructions that is not the issue the handlebars the forks it's all loose inside the stem of the bike update later. Okay so after learning a few more things about the bike I loosened the top bracket on the fork tubes and then tighten that nut down are Bolt extremely tight that did finally pull the forks up tighter the company was helping me out and I appreciate that so under the bike it's a great bike I got 45 miles out of mixed riding love to do a Motors

If you’re looking for a good quality e-bike that’s built really well, this is the one! It comes partially assembled and it took me about 2 hours to get mine completed. It’s fairly straightforward and the instructions are fairly good but do lack a few of the fine points, but easily figured out. It’s a total blast to ride and it does get up to the 40mph speed on a flat paved surface. Like others have noted, it is a bit heavier than most bikes but the dual motors and the bigger battery is a good trade off. I love mine and I really would not hesitate to buy this one again!

This was my first e-bike assembly. It was a bit time consuming for that reason. I now have purchased and assembled 6 e-bikes for the whole family and they got much easier as i learned what goes where. Each were different models, but they are pretty much the same procedure in assemble. all in all, this bike took me 90 minutes to put together alone. having a second pair of hands would have cut that time easily in half.

CONS: Flat tire’s twice the first week (glass chip. & Brake rotor metal chip). Delivered in box scratched up on pedals and rim. Power wire harness was ripped open. PROS: Battery lasted long for a heavy guy. So decided to keep the bike and replace the tires and tubes with heavy duty ones. And a wider more comfortable seat. And extra lights in wheels and rear end. And a Asian basket in back.

Since Great work sent me another seat pole my bike is fantastic!! The customer service representative said they were going to send me a new seat pole. Well I got the seat pole and now I can put both feet on the ground and I haven’t had any problems or issues with the bike!! Their service was fantastic and they went overboard to make me comfortable and they did!! The Great Work company kept their word and sent me whatever I needed to make my ride as comfortable as possible!! What a wonderful company!! There customer service representative are so fantastic and I’m thinking about buying another bike for my 16 year old son!! The bike is impressive outstanding and great quality!!!! WOW. first beware its not an easy assemble for 1 person, Its heavy, its a beast and im 6'4 200 lbs and mechanically inclined. Some of the hex screws arent great quality metal and strip easy, so take it slow when tightening. I also found installing the handlebar before the front tire was helpfull as it just gets in the way. If theres 2 of you probably no issue. The battery has to charge for 7 to 8 hours first time, dont give up on it. Bike is sturdy, and FAST. Controls are easy to use and figure out. If I forgot to mention...ITS FAST.... brakes are great, its comfortable, suspension is great, head lamp, all of it.

Very nice quality!!! The seat on this thing is awesome! Comfortable for long hauls. I have put 45 miles on it so far. I got it to ride from town to town in the rural area I live in. I can get to a place 15mi away round trip on country roads and lots of hills on a single charge. Now that is using just the 1 motor and avg about 30mph. Using dual motor mode (the turbo button I call it) does blow through the battery but it is fast and fun to do. I have had it at 39mph. So I am stoked!! I have gotten a lot of compliments on the looks and design. This thing is very very sturdy and well built. If you want durability, some good range and power to have fun...this is it!!!
