Pour instructions on how to put together and I had just bought a trike for my wife from another company that came completely assembled and there’s absolutely no reason why this bike couldn’t have come completely assembled because of not being assembled and not having the proper instructions now I do not have my turn signals or my headlight attached to the bike because the lock bolt on the front fender screw will not come back off after it’s been put back on. It also did not have the correct instructions for the washers on the front axle otherwise the bike is nice. It does not go to speed that it’s an advertisement it goes, but it does go 27 miles an hour. ... show more

So far so good. Much more powerful than I expected and hasn’t used a fraction of the battery yet! The seat sets pretty tall at the lowest level. So….not a good match for shorter people.

Okay having now ridden this for around 200 miles I have a few nitpicks. One I am a 6'5" 270 lb human (195cm 122 kg) in the real world commuting conditions I get around 26 miles out of a full charge pedal assist. So that means that is probably the worst you can expect distance wise. Not the 100 claimed. I also just had it throw a bolt on me going 27 mph down hill. No biggie save for that it was a bolt holding the brakes on in the back. I've had it up to 40 mph max going down hill on level 5, with both motors going, and tucked in tight for aerodynamics. ... show more

Arrived a week early. Cool ! The packaging was impressive. Well protected . Easy enough to unbox and remove packing. I enjoyed the assembly process . I found some things exceeded my expectations . My battery is charging . I took it for a pedal only ride . I’m well pleased . I’m planning a follow up on this after I get to ride it with power . The controls and placement of them seems great . The shifter was one of the things that exceeded my expectations . The brakes felt great . Pretty handy tool kit came with, I wasn’t expecting .
