I bought this for my son's 15th birthday to add to his movie night theme. - easy to put the parts together - works perfectly - comes with measuring cup, measuring spoon and scoop - tastes just like movie popcorn ( we got spray butter and popcorn seasoning a movie theater uses.) - easy to clean Initial assembly was fast and easy. All you have to do is add the cord, kernel hopper, lid and mixer. I had no problem doing this. The instructions were very easy to follow. We have made about 6 batches of popcorn with no burning issues, no staining of the sides. I'm guessing people who have had staining issues haven't read the directions that tell you to clean the machine after use. I can see burning being an issue if someone is lax with cleaning it. Popping was fun. It takes a few minutes for it to heat enough to get the oil hot. Once popping starts it is only a minute or so more depending on how much you're popping. We popped 1 cup and it feeds 4 adults which is the equivalent of about a small popcorn at a theater each. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase. I will update this post in another month or so to let everyone know how it is holding up. I do suggest this purchase, it has been a great addition to our movie night and was great for my son's birthday. Update: We have had this for 6 months and it works just as well as the day we bought it. We have used this machine sometimes a few times a week, to a few times a month. We have kept up with cleaning the machine and it has not had any burning issues. The plexiglass sides have not burnt and are still just as clear. I am still very pleased with this purchase and recommend this popcorn machine highly!

The media could not be loaded. 3rd times the charm. I ordered this for us to use at Christmastime. The first one I received, I opened it up thankfully, to look at it before Christmas. The plexiglass side was broken! So I sent it back and ordered another. 2nd time, another one was sent, broken plexiglass side!! No way! What the heck!? So I kept it until the next one arrived, and then sent the 2nd one back. (Just in case they try to send me the same one again, I don't know their process). The 3rd one works like a charm. Super easy to use (see photos and video -- the video is of the 3rd one that works perfectly! The other two photos are of the other two items, broken!)

We enjoyed our first Big Bambino Popcorn Popper so much that we wore it out and ordered a second one. It is so easy to use and to clean and it makes the perfect batch of popcorn. We order our popcorn, oil, and salt from Amazon as well. The combination makes for incredible tasting popcorn each time we pop up a batch.

Size, speed of heating, taste, temperature, clean up, easy to use, quiet. We eat popcorn several times a week. Family of 6, and love theatre popcorn. Never quite found the right balance until now. This machine makes having popcorn 🍿 really fun. It works great and I just love it! Treat it gently and it will last! Wipe it down after use and you are all good. I didn't see that it had a non stick basket. I am not happy with this coating. I don't have in house birds but still there is no reason to put this toxic coating on any part of the machine. I am grateful that the popcorn does not sit very long in the basket.

I bought this one as I thought it looked a little better made than the West Bend I bought that almost looks identical. Another disappointment, super flimsy build. Looks good at first but in order for you to pop the popcorn you have to sit there and hold the door shut manually so the popcorn doesn’t go everywhere. All the parts are cheap plastic. The search continues for a good popcorn maker. Super bummed!
