Update to my review: I’ve had this chair for a couple of weeks; I am returning the chair. My sister and I ordered the exact same chair at the same time. Yesterday, I sat down in her chair for the first time. Surprisingly, her chair is very comfortable, with ample padding in the seat cushion! The chair I received, unfortunately, is as hard a rock - no padding at all in the seat cushion. A mistake must have been made in the manufacturing process. I am exchanging the chair for a larger recliner in the same fabric. Sure hope it’s comfy! - - - - - I rarely write reviews, and usually only positive ones… unless I really have strong feelings about a product. I just received this chair. I love the fabric on this little recliner chair! Very easy to assemble, and looks very stylish. It’s the perfect accent chair for my living room! I read all the reviews and therefore expected this chair to be a bit firm, yet comfortable. However, I was totally shocked when I sat down to try it out. Sadly, it totally felt like I was sitting on a rock! This chair is not in the least bit comfortable, in my opinion. My immediate thought was to return it, but first I searched for a replacement chair. Because of the size of my living room, I wanted a narrow “accent” chair recliner that would provide a “pop” of color - but still be comfortable. My search provided zero results, for less than $600; I guess you get what you pay for! I happened to have a couple of sea themed pillow shams, in ocean blues, similar to the colors Lord in the recliner fabric. Slipping the shams over a couple of pillows, I decided to see how they would feel as chair cushions. Voila, what a difference! My pretty little recliner is very comfortable now! I wish I could find the same size pillows/shams in the exact recliner fabric, but I’ve searched for hours to no avail! The jury is still out on this little recliner chair; if it’s a constant hassle trying to keep the pillows in place, I will definitely return the chair. A NOTE TO THE MANUFACTURER: With just a Decent Amount of Padding, this would have been a five star chair! ... show more

I really liked the pattern & colors, and was looking for a smaller recliner that had a modern look. I really like it, except that I can't put the foot rest up alone. When I shift it back, the footrest goes up, so I'm using a small pillow for my head. It's a little wobbly, but not bad. I'm not a big person, 5'3" and 140 lbs, so it's a good size, and my head still hits the back (I'm not too tall). It wouldn't be good for a large/tall person. The cushioning seems good and firm, I hope the fabric holds up. I put towels over the arms, as I was afraid they might get dirty quickly. ... show more

Just the chair/recliner we needed for a small alcove in our bedroom. The chair was easy to assemble by myself (I’m 66) and it only took a few minutes. Its not of the highest quality or the most comfortable but it looks cute and we now have a nice chair to sit or recline on for a little while.

It is really pretty. But it isn’t comfortable. And the back of the chair has a Velcro attachment. This really doesn’t make sense to me. And the cloth on th back doesn’t really reach where the Velcro is.

This chair couldn't be more perfect! Husband needed a "gaming" chair and I wasn't having an ugly chair staring at me for the rest of my life, then we seen this and the color/pattern suited me and the recliner suited him. Win Win! It's so comfy and pretty! It looks like we painted the room to match the chair but the chair came after and couldn't have been a better match. ... show more
