The media could not be loaded. Short press for power and long press for power off. Short press again for AUX. Make sure to double check the model you're purchasing, some of these reviews are for different models. This is a simple, compact, portable cd player. The sound is clear and filled my small living room. I used the USB A to USB C Cable that was included which I plugged into a power strip that has a built-in USB port. My cd played well, with no skipping. To my untrained ears the 5 EQ modes: classical, rock, pop, jazz and flat, have definite discernible differences, but I'm certainly not savvy enough to speak more on that. There is an approximately 18" aux cable included. I plugged into my laptop and watched/listened to a 20 minute reel of the band TOOL from the Back to the Beginning Ozzy event. It was great sound for a tiny player. Not sure how much base I should've been hearing 😆but honestly it was fine. Played a CD-R I had laying around successfully. I'm assuming I'd have the save success with a CD-W. I threw some C batteries in and the player worked great as well. All in all, as stated above, this is a simple, compact, portable cd player. Don't expect any bells and whistles and you'll get your money's worth! I can't speak on longevity or durability, as all I've done is what's stated above. I will update if necessary.

I bought this to replace my garage boom box from the 90s that recently died. I was looking for a compact unit and bought this. It depends on the CD quality. Initially I was not impressed playing an old Runaways Live CD, but then played a Cowboy Junkies and then Sade CD, and both were fantastic with crisp clear sound. It has an 'EQ' function also that can be changed to improve sound. It is compact and the remote is nice. Longevity is unknown but I'm happy with this purchase.

Excellent for the price. Bought it in 2024 and it still plays well. It has plenty of sound but low on bass if you like that. We play both audiobooks and music CDs on the unit.

I was actually a huge fan of this small boombox, thought it filled the room quite well for its size. UNTIL today, less than a month after purchasing, I found that every CD I tried to play just kept stopping and starting, stopping and starting, so on and so forth. I suspected it was a problem with the batteries, until I plugged in an aux cord and had no issues with that. I'm pretty upset, since I bought this solely to play CDs, and it essentially broke less than one month after purchasing, and not even after heavy use.

This was great, but it didn't last as long as I hoped. Maybe about 2 years? CD player broke. But tape player still works so as soon as I dust off all of my cassettes I'll let you know how that goes.
