I bought this Qlaway scooter (the 500w, 10" wheel option) approximately one year ago. I am a full-time college student and this scooter has been my primary means of personal transportation for this past year, and it has been well worth it. I purchased the scooter for about $350usd (which is a little higher than it is listed now) and it has been worth every penny. I have easily put over 500 miles on this thing and it still works perfectly. The battery still lasts about as long as when I first bought it too! I always ride it in "sport mode" which uses battery the fastest of all three mode options but I can still get about 15 miles in on a full charge (and I live in a city in Utah with lots of hills) and even more if I was in "normal mode" and riding on flat roads. My commute to school every day includes a very steep hill that is about 1/4 mile long and this scooter has never had any issues getting to the top (it does lose a bit of speed on the way up but that's all). Most of the affordable ($350 or less) scooters on Amazon are either 250w or 500w. Mine is 500w and my friend has a different scooter that is 250w. If you are unsure whether to go 250w or 500w I'd say it's worth it to get the 500. Having ridden both mine and my friends I think the 500 is just so much better and not too much more expensive. If you are using this scooter as a main means of transportation then the 500 is hands down the best choice. It has more power for hills, slightly longer range and top speed, full suspension, better handling in rain, and a more large and sturdy frame overall. It does weight a bit more because it is bigger but it is worth it in my opinion. The only issue I have had with this scooter after a year was that the thumb throttle started to wear out a month or so ago. However, I emailed Qlaway and they immediately shipped me a replacement part free of charge and It is now back to full working condition. Great scooter, great support. Worth every penny.

I got this scooter for my last-mile commute—my parking spot is about a mile from work, and walking every day was getting old. I had tried rental scooters and liked them, so buying my own made sense. This one was a lot cheaper than others I looked at, and honestly, it’s been great. It rides smoothly, feels quick but safe (tops out around 19 MPH), and folds up easily to fit in my trunk. I use it almost every weekday and only need to charge it a couple times a week. Cruise control is a nice touch—it kicks in after a few seconds, so I can just coast. Only small complaint: the deck could be a little wider. Not a big deal once you get used to it. Overall, this has made my commute easier and way more fun.

I just have to say, this purchase was absolutely fantastic! This new electric scooter completely exceeded my expectations. First off, the quality is great. It feels robust, durable, and genuinely well-built—definitely a premium product. And the appearance is nice, too! The design is sleek and modern, catching the eye without being over the top. It has a great finish and the attention to detail is superb. It really looks and feels like a quality piece of gear. I really appreciate that it's got three speed-adjusting gears. Love it ! Just don’t go over speed bumps slow or fast on them. your scooter will break in half literally . Before finding that out the hard way. It’s an over all great scooter it got me to work and home over all funs ! But now I am back to walking to work and home till I have moneys to get a new one and now know not to go over speed bumps at all . In respect to the scooter it was over months going over speed bumps both slow and fast. Speed bumps are everywhere in the area I am in so it’s NOT going to break on you if you go over bumps a few times just avoid if you cans . I’ll just do better next time for the scooter to last longer. Other than that amazing experience . And super easy to put together when it arrives . :)
