I am in my 60's, have MS so wake up multiple times a night for bathroom - sometimes initial falling asleep is a challenge, sometimes getting back to sleep after bathroom trip can be impossible. Have tried many aids: melatonin, nocturest, CBD cream along with all the other rules: cool, dark room all with limited success. Having been using an eye mask could not imagine a 'weighted' mask would make a difference but OMG - it works amazingly well both for initially falling asleep and then after the bathroom trips.     • Can't really breathe with it on
This is a great idea but only really works if you sleep on your back. Otherwise it presses on sinus/nose. Can't wear it all night. If I slept on my back I'd probably love it but I'm a face sleeper.

This mask is amazing. I wear a CPAP O2 mask to sleep and this molds around the mask and blocks all light. I can't imagine ever sleeping without it.

    • Do not buy if you're a CPAP user!
Simple enough - it's comfortable, albeit heavy and doesn't stay on your face easily. If you're a user with a CPAP machine (nasal pillow user here) do not purchase! It won't fit.
