Edit: Camera works as it should! I love this phone and I'm going to get some lens covers for extra protection. Bought a different phone from this seller and that one arrived in perfect condition. I don't usually leave reviews but this is such an important purchase. Took my time to look it over when I received it and it almost seems brand new. It was packed really well and included a basic charger. My only concern is damage to the top left camera. I guess it took a fall at some point as there's scuffs/dents on the outer rim and a questionable scuff inside the lens between the center and left side. I was prepared for some cosmetic damage, but since the camera is one of the main features of this phone I can't help but be a little disappointed- hence the 4 stars. I'm still going to give it a try. Phone is great. No imperfections, scratches, or defects. Color is a little pinker than it looked online but all is good, most have cases anyway. I bought this one for the camera and it delivers. Camera is as good as the newer models so if you're looking to save some money, get the 23. Storage size was accurate as well. System works like new. Transferring from my old phone was an absolute breeze. Charger works well. Battery life is okay, not amazing. If I didn't know better, I'd think it's a brand new phone. I came from a Note 20 ultra, and I think this s pen is actually better and smoother. I only wish the screen was flat as it's hard to find protectors that fit, but otherwise I love my new (older) phone! ... show more

Arrived in generic packaging with only a cheap USB cord. No AC adapter. No SIM slot key. Phone was aesthetically in new condition. S pen will not eject. Pried it out with a needle and cleaned it. Blew compressed air in s pen sheath and swabbed it completely to free dust. S pen appears to have faulty spring. Does not click as described. Have only had product for 24 hours. For a refurbished- excellent phone, it was excellent! Great battery, good screen, decent size and heft, is better at picking WiFi signal than my pixel pro fold. Would recommend 10/10. I like the 🍑 color also.

Got the phone in excellent condition. Worked perfectly as described. Factory unlocked and all. The only problem was the charger that it came with, was not powerful enough to charge it up out the box. I had to use a different charger. That is why it got 4 stars for me.
