If you know me then you know how much i stress and care about my lashes. I have great genetics for full and long natural lashes but I wanted to bump it up. I get endless compliments on my lashes. I put this serum on almost every night since may. Not only did this increase the length but it made my lashes fuller and thicker than ever. I accidentally bought the brow serum and gave it to my mom because she struggles growing eyebrow hairs and this was the ONLY thing that made it grow. I bought the GrandeLASH-MD Lash Enhancing Serum because it was highly recommended by a coworker who CLEARLY had amazing results with it. As a nurse, science is kind of my jam. This is my honest review of the product AND the legitimate scientific studies that prove beauty comes at a price. First, this product is very fairly priced considering that a little goes a long way. The consistency is thin like water, the serum applies easily and evenly with the included brush, and dries quickly. It doesn't burn with application for me personally, but this is a complaint for others (I have very sensitive skin and eyes so it's surprising that I have no issue with it). The results take at least a month in my experience and the results are definitely positive. My lashes were noticeably longer after the first month. The results reversed months after discontinuing use, so you must always use this product to get the longer lash effect (its not permanent). Now for the science. The active ingredient is Isopropyl Cloprostenate. I have reviewed several reputable studies on this active ingredient and this is a simplified summary of the data that I was able to obtain. Studies have shown a visible increase in length of lashes compared to control groups, so the lash enhancing claims of this product are truthful. Studies have also shown significant periorbital fat/volume loss which makes the skin around the eyes look thin, darker, more wrinkled, and sunken. Thankfully, the negative results were able to reverse with discontinued use, but so were the results of longer lashes. The active ingredient was also flagged by the SCCS as a potential reproductive/developmental toxicant (but the results were on male rats.. of course.. science has always been a little sexist). It is also flagged as a potential carcinogen (possible cancer causing ingredient). The studies, unfortunately, are not 100% conclusive and there is, as always, so much room for further testing. Weigh out the pros and cons for yourself to decide if this product, or any eyelash growth serum, is right for you. I'm giving this 4 stars because the product DOES do as it claims, but at a potential cost to the consumer. Hope this helps!

I started using this serum on July 1st, and after just 24 consistent days, I am in awe of the results. My lashes have grown so much—they’ve literally doubled in size. I’ve been using this on and off for about 2 years. The best results are when I’m consistent like with anything in life. It really does make them longer, thicker and fuller. It’s not clumpy and the consistency is easy to put on near the eye lashes. I do not use it on my bottom lashes just my top. For the price this product is wonderful! I was using lash boost which was over 100 dollars and just didn’t want to pay that anymore. Randomly found this and extremely happy with my purchase.
