I am very, very happy with these chairs. Assembly was pretty simple. Easy to follow directions. Parts were all labeled and packaged so easy to see quantity and what they are. These chairs are very sturdy. When buying online I was worried that these would not be high quality - BUT these are high-quality pieces. The cushions are nice and well constructed. Lastly, these chairs are wide and VERY, VERY comfortable. I would definitely order from Grand Patio again. I am very happy. (I also bought their recliners and very happy with them but will write the review under that product. I didn't need to contact customer support with these chairs but I contacted customer support with a question on the recliners - they were quick to respond and very accommodating.)

The media could not be loaded. I saw a similar set of chairs last summer at our local big box hardware store, however it came with a propane firepit set up and I didnt need the fireplace so we decided to let the chairs go and not purchase. I was shopping around looking for items that we will need for the upcoming camp season and I found these chairs and I am so happy I did. When it arrived it was super heavy but I was pretty skeptical that 2 full sized chairs could fit in such a compact box but they sure did! Assembling the chairs was actually pretty simple if you follow the directions. I made a couple mistakes along the way but I was able to go back and fix them easily. I put both of these together this past weekend and it took me maybe 45 minutes to an hour to do by myself with the included tools. I am sure if I ventured into the garage to find my husbands power tools I may have been done sooner however I was fine using what was provided. I decided to leave the plastics on the cushions till we get them to camp. I am absolutely obsessed with these chairs. They are exactly what I hoped they would be. They rock nicely and the cushions make them nice and comfy. I already purchased covers for them so they will not be directly exposed to the outside elements. I haven't exactly figured out where we will use them once we are able to stay at camp however they will find a good home somewhere on our site. I highly suggest these chairs. They are easy to assemble and seem to be sturdy.

Very comfortable cushions. Very sturdy. Table is larger than we expected which is great. One problem - there were 4 stripped threads which stripped 4 screws. I was able to work around the issue but be prepared to do some fixing. Otherwise very easy to put together

Shipping time was really fast, just 2 days. They appear to be very well made and sturdy. They were packed very well. but were missing the left arms. We still put them together, quite easily. Contacted customer service. They were very apologetic. Shipped the missing left arms, which we received in 3 weeks from China. The chairs are very comfortable. So far, I love them. Good company to deal with.

This furniture arrived on time and was packaged very well with all parts and tools needed. Hard to believe everything fits into one box. I am 47 years old and put the furniture together myself. The instructions are easy to follow. I bought 2 sets of this furniture and itβs amazing. Itβs exactly as described. Very comfortable nice little rocking motion. Looks high end. Deep wide seating and the cushions have a zipper for removing and cleaning which is a nice feature with outdoor furniture. If you are looking for new patio furniture I highly recommend this set.
