The rattan-woven style is both retro and modern, with a large space and a nice wrapping feel. The frame is very stable and has strong load-bearing capacity. The cushions are thick and well-filled, soft and resilient, and the weight is just right for easy movement. I can put it on the balcony to bask in the sun on weekends, feeling incredibly happy, reading or watching TV, and falling asleep in seconds. It's so comfortable! From the first time I sat in this papasan rocker, I knew it was going to be my new favorite piece of furniture. The cushion is huge, thick, and soft, with just the right amount of firmness so you don’t sink too deep. I love that I can curl up with my legs tucked in, almost like a cozy little nest. On warm afternoons, I sit outside with a drink and enjoy the gentle rocking motion—it feels almost like swinging in a hammock but with much better back support. In the evenings, I’ve pulled it indoors to watch TV, and honestly, I end up falling asleep in it more often than the couch. The frame feels solid and durable, and the wicker detail gives it a nice look that fits in both modern and casual spaces. It’s also surprisingly wide, so even my dog sometimes hops up beside me to nap. The instructions were really difficult to follow. I recommend just looking at the video and inspecting the parts yourself and how they would go together logically. Overall, assembly isn't too bad, really. The chair itself is really awesome. It is much bigger than I expected. I personally find it very comfortable but I had a guest over that complained that "there is no support." The cushion could be better. I wish there was a strap or something that secures it into place. For the $ though, I can't complain too much. I definitely recommend the chair.

The media could not be loaded. The outdoor/indoor rocking chair really has that timeless cozy charm to it. The papasan egg shape is oversized, so when you sit down, you can really sink in and get comfortable. I bought this one to use on the bedroom I have for my grandkids when they spend the night during weekends, I love it is so nice and I know they will love it too! This is the kind of chair that almost hugs you back, especially with the big cushion that makes it soft enough to lounge in for hours. The wicker design gives it a nice touch of style that blends well no matter where you put it, on the porch, out in the garden, on the lawn, or even inside the house. The rocking motion is smooth and steady, not too fast, just that gentle sway that makes you want to stay put a little longer. Overall, it feels sturdy and well-made, but still has that inviting, laid-back look that makes you want to curl up with a blanket or a good book. EDIT: The company reached out to me to make it right, so I am changing my one-star review to five-stars. The box arrived in terrible condition, but all the parts (and some extra parts) were there. I was disappointed by the instructions - to start, the pages were stapled together out of order, and there were a number of mistakes. The parts weren't labeled very well - a number of the stickers fell off - but I was able to figure it out. There were extra parts that were either manufactured wrong or were part of a design change. It was nice that the tools bag included a ratchet, but I ended up tightening some of the screws enough to bend the frame slightly which I am worried will affect the sturdiness. There were also some pretty bad looking welds and some poorly finished pieces. I am planning to use this inside, but if it was outside, I would be worried it would rust. It is ok comfort-wise (and I am a really big guy, so not just any seat is good for me), but I will probably get or make a bigger cushion since it doesn't go all the way to the edges.

This product was sooo hard to put together. Something must’ve been packed wrong initially because once I was basically done, there was a box all the way at the bottom under paper that said “use this in place of box F” (I forget the exact box but you get the point). So I have to go and undo a bunch of stuff. The cushion also came ripped at a seam - customer service refunded $20 for this so they were good with that. Lastly, the cushions fade really fast. I store the cushions majority of the time but sometimes they get left out - the fabric has already faded after only 1.5 months. It’s cute but there is some lacking quality control.
