This outdoor fire table was better than I expected. We initially had problems with the holes not lining up like others mentioned, but we switched around the placement of the parallel walls and the holes lined up perfectly. Once setup, we were also having problems with the gas staying on if we let go of the knob, but we noticed the gas line was kinked where a zip tie was holding it up so we snipped it off, smoothed out the gas line and now it works perfectly. We replaced the lava stones with 10lbs blue glass rocks for aesthetics only. This is a beautifully functional gas fire table with great heat output and I couldn't ask for a better product!

The table came with two back panels and no front panel. However, Amazon arranged for a new table to be sent, we took out the front panel and returned the replacement table minus the part that was missing in the original order. After that , the assembly was easy and once put together everything worked as advertised. The table puts out a good amount of heat and makes the evenings on the central coast of California comfortable. We are very happy with the table and the excellent customer service provided by Amazon.

Looks and works great. Per other reviews - follow instructions for lighting, it's tricky. Other than that, we have not been able to submit our product registration as the company website seems to be down. Have not received any resolution through Amazon either. Hope I don't have any warranty issues, that's all.

Unit arrive with damage and broken pieces. However, manufacture sent replacement parts and provided great customer service Easy to assemble however please note: The propane tank holder bracket only fits one way ! If the holes don’t line up … keep turning and flipping the bracket and if will fit perfectly!

We really enjoy having our morning coffee and evening cocktail around the warmth of the flames on our porch. It has made the outdoors more accessible in chilly weather. I highly recommend this to anyone with an outdoor space that cant be used as much due to colder weather. I am very pleased.
