I bought this from the seller as a means of trying to cut costs on a already expensive mile stone and I’m glad to say that I am happy with my purchase it fit just like it said it would. The only downside I had in regards to the product was that it was made out of velvet (gold part of the velvet ) and not Polyester like the blue and white part. It is a nice quality graduation hood for the price. However, the loop that hooked to the button broke a few days after I opened it. Once I sewed it back on, it worked great and I had no further issues.

I bought this for repeated use in academic ceremonies, in which I must appear in full regalia. This is not as bulky and inflexible as the rentals. The cord in the front attaches easily to a shirt button under your robe. This hood doesn't feel so much like a backpack.
