It has a modern and elegant style that combines with any decoration. In addition, the size is perfect: neither too big nor too small, which makes it ideal for small spaces without sacrificing functionality. The surface is wide and comfortable to change the baby without problem. ✅ Perfect storage space The three drawers are super spacious, which allows me to organize everything I need for changing diapers: diapers, wipes, creams, extra clothes and more. This dresser looks cute and seems like it will be functionally useful but Graco and Storkcraft are terrible at customer service! Our unit was shipped with incorrect rails which we didn’t realize until our handyman had finished assembling the unit. Once we realized and contacted Storkcraft (Graco doesn’t deal with the replacement parts), they said it would take a minimum of 3 weeks to process and ship a replacement part!! My baby will be born before then and I explained this to them but they said there was no way to expedite apart from disassembling the entire dresser and sending it back to Amazon for a full replacement. As anyone who has assembled these knows, that’s not an easy feat since the cardboard box is ruined once you open it and you have to lug this 100lb unit to a store. Do better Graco, now I have to wait until after my baby is born before getting to use this despite ordering it well in advance. ... show more

    • Pretty but Poor Quality — Be Ready for Missing Parts

First-time reviewer here. The product looks just like the photos and is visually appealing, but unfortunately, the quality doesn’t match the price. It’s not made of real wood and feels quite flimsy. Definitely overpriced for what you get. A few things to be aware of before purchasing: • The drawers only open halfway and you can only open one at a time, which is not very practical. • Assembly is very time-consuming. • Most importantly: double-check that you have all the parts before starting! I saw many reviews mentioning missing pieces, and I ran into the same issue. I didn’t count the parts beforehand and discovered I was missing one only near the end of assembly. When I contacted Amazon, they only offered a return — not a replacement part. I had to go directly through Storkcraft, who eventually sent the missing piece, but it arrived poorly packaged and damaged. As someone about to welcome a baby, I simply don’t have time to wait another three weeks for a replacement part. Overall: The dresser is pretty, but the quality is low for the price. Assembly is tedious, and based on many similar reviews, missing or damaged parts seem to be a common issue. I wouldn’t recommend this unless you’re prepared for the extra hassle. ... show more
