I’ve been wanting to write a review for the longest time. I purchased the Graco 4Ever Snuglock 4 in 1 car seat due to the various positive reviews on Amazon. I mainly got this because I wanted to be minimal and did not want a separate infant car seat and toddler car seat. I thought I’d add some specificities that may not be covered by other reviews which I wanted answers for when I had my preemie daughter. 1. Yes it is preemie approved. My daughter was born premature and had to stay at NICU. She was discharged at 4lbs and we took this car seat in for the 90 minute car seat test. She passed first try. The lower limit of this car seat is 4lbs which she thankfully met. We drove her back in a 45 minute drive a few days later and she didn’t fuss during the trip. 2. The nurse at the hospital was not familiar with this car seat initially and asked us for the base. There is no separate base. The whole car seat is literally it. Eventually she found another nurse that knew how to configure this seat and so we didn’t have issues using this car seat to take our baby home. 3. It is really easy to install (Toyota Corolla). My husband said it took a couple minutes just to install it in place before we took our baby home. We installed it in the middle of our back seat. 4. Please leave the shoulder inserts on. The nurse initially took it off because she said it’s too thick but the belt was scratching my daughter’s neck on our drive home so I had to use my fingers to open a gap where her neck was. She was so much more comfortable the next day when we put the inserts back on to take her to her pediatrician. We have since brought her for car rides and she has had no issues with the seat. I’d purchase this again in a heartbeat.

After having 3 boys and buying this for our 4th I researched like crazy and freighted for weeks. I wanted something that had a high safety rating, a brand we could trust and something easy to wash, something I learned was a MUST from past car seats. Of course as always Amazon is fast to deliver and the box came in great shape. The seat itself was an easy install (watched YouTube video) and looks even better in person than an in pictures. The black with blue detailing looks sharp and the material is nice to the touch and comfortable (foam-like). The baby has enjoyed it so far and looks forward to riding in the car. We have only used it forward facing and it fits nicely in our vehicle seat. Our other children or adults can easily go around it using the same door. Washing the cover was extremely easy! I was blown away at how simple the design was to take off and put back on. I did watch a YouTube video for putting back on as well bc I wanted to insure I didn’t miss a loop or anything. Again, not intimidating whatsoever! The cover came out all clean, free of food and no stains of milk. Only negative was that I forgot to connect the Velcro pieces together before putting in wash and it naturally attached itself to other pieces of the cover causing the cover to snag a bit. However, this is not a enough to make me want to give it fewer stars or not recommend. So far I have only found two negatives for the car seat which can arguably not even matter in most cases. 1.)The car seat itself is quite heavy! I was surprised when installed and have to move for other people riding in our vehicle. However, for most and our family this isn’t a big issue bc we rarely move it and if it needs to be this heavy to last longer or for safety we don’t mind! 2.)The material is extremely soft to the touch but the silver-ish/gray trim around the blue and the extra comfy pads in the center snags easily. The babies shoes have even snagged on it. But over time the center comfy pads won’t even be used. *Overall, I would highly recommend! So much so that I’m writing this review instead of enjoying my free time lol The two negatives are so minimal compared to the ease of washing and the safety/security and longevity you’re going to get with this car seat! Hope this help make your decision.

I absolutely love this car seat. So easy to adjust. Easy to install and uninstall, I honestly never mind if I have to move it from one vehicle to another. Easily cleans and fabric covering is easily removed. My daughter loves her car seat and never complains on long road trips(I’m talking 12+ hour road trips).

This carseat is the absolute best. Its so worth the money. The smoothness of tightening and releasing the harness straps is a godsend. Soooo easy. Also you never have to deal with adjusting the shoulder straps ever. You just pull up and it's done. I love the neck guards because my baby has extremely sensitive skin and gets rashes from everything. I love how plush and cushioned it is. The material is way softer than that backpack type material other carseats use. There is so much head support! The recline you can only use in the reverse carseat position. But here's the kicker, my baby hates it. :( idk if it's all the head support or the neck guards but she cries when I put her in it. And it's kinda heavy. Don't expect this to be a carseat you lug around with you. Keep it in the car and that's it. I don't think it has the handle to carry it anyway... but if you had to move it from one car or another the latch clips are sooooo easy to get on and off and tighten. I had a babytrend carseat and another graco, but this one is 1000 times better than both. I am in love. Also, as far as room goes, this one definitely is bigger and longer than others so my passenger seat is almost unusable due to the carseat being behind it. And if you're a new mom, the instructions for all of it are printed on the carseat so it comes in handy when you transition.

I have a 7month old. 16.5lbs. He’s in position 3 rear facing, so it will be nice that this will grow with him! We really love the car seat! It’s padded so I don’t feel bad about having him in it, and the ability to take the cover off without removing is such a big deal! The material doesn’t get as hot as Evenflo’s all in one, so great material and the car seat over all is a solid build! The one thing I’d change about the seat is to change the angle of the seat, from position 2 to 3 in rear facing, I had to uninstall the seat to pull the lever to adjust. It was a pain, but it isn’t done very frequently, so I guess it’s the best place for the recline lever. It’s only in rear facing that this would be an issue. The next time I have to change the recline setting, I will be thankful it’s in the front! I wish I could comment back on some of the reviews: like to T.Z. and her uncomfortable baby sleeping - READ THE INSTRUCTIONS! Your baby might not be protected in the car seat! She doesn’t have the baby head support down where they are supposed to be, and that could be dangerous for side impact crashes!! She has the back up for a child that weighs more than her’s does. Please!! Read the manual!! Put your baby seat at the correct position based on weight, it’s really for their safety!!

We got this car seat yesterday and so far I’m really liking it. The infant seat we had was getting a little snug on our 7 month old so it was time for a new seat. I like the many recline positions as it makes it more comfortable for our baby as she is preferring to sit more up right now rather than leaned back. This seat is very easy to install and fit surprisingly well in our Kia Soul behind the passenger seat without the person in front being too cramped (this was a worry of mine). However, if it was reclined all the way back I’m not sure there would be any room for the front passenger. There are two reasons I took a star off. One I really wish the fitting was explained more in the manual. There is extra padding inserts for infants. I wish that the manual stated when/at what weight to remove the padding (my other seat specified this). Also some of the fitting for buckles etc. is not, in my opinion, clearly explained. This is not a huge deal but I definitely want to make sure I’m using the seat correctly to optimize safety and just wish that information was included/clearer. Second, this seat is HEAVY. This is not a big deal for us as I don’t think we will be transferring the seat between cars often but if you are someone goes back and forth between cars and switches the car seat this might be something to think about.

After two kids and buying seats for two vehicles and the grandparents vehicles, this is the best one. Easy to install. Easy to clean. It has had it's share of gross messes. The entire cover comes off and goes through the wash. Wish I could say the same for my car's fabric seats. I've used others and this is better. Easy in and out. Very easy to adjust even with a wiggling child in the seat if needed. Great purchase.

In comparison to the Evenflo: Had to return the Evenflo which was a pain to install and wiggled around way too much no matter how tight it would get and when inspecting how it was built, looked like it would be difficult to take apart and clean. After seeing the design flaw of the evenflo, and attempting to return their customer service was absolutely horrible, had to fight with them and made me pay shipping to send it back all because I took it out of the box. This one, however has been a dream in comparison. Installs and adjusts super easy. I don’t have to take it halfway apart to adjust the crotch strap. It cleans up pretty well but they could ditch a few of the unnecessary bands and just use something easier. Main gripe is once you tighten and lock it in, you can’t get your hand on the release to tilt it more. Overall though, we liked it so much we bought one for each car.

I absolutely LOVE this car seat!! My daughter grew out of her baby car seat quicker than we expected and I had heard great things about this car seat, they were all true! It was SOOOO easy to install! My car doesn’t have the hooks in the seat so I had to use the seatbelt and it was a piece of cake. We have to move it back and forth from mine to my husbands car and it’s been a breeze, which I had been nervous about since we use to have the easy click connect base. I haven’t moved her to forward facing yet, so i don’t know how that’ll be, but everything seems super straightforward. The only thing I don’t like is when she falls asleep in it, her head tilts forward more than her other car seat. Overall though i’m super please and really happy this is the last car seat i’ll have to buy for her!! **UPDATE** We’ve moved her to forward facing and we still love the carseat! The only downside to us still having to use the seat belt to buckle it in is it’s a little more involved. You have to unsnap the back pad and feed the belt through the red holder. It’s not difficult, just takes a bit more time to move it from car to car. Still an amazing carseat! Will be getting another for our next one!

I love love love this car seat! Colors are beautiful in person. It feels like a memory gel type seat, seems super comfy! I wish my drivers seat had that! I love that this will hold my baby into toddler years and more! My toddler HATED her infant car seat, she would scream every time I put her in it (for the entire car ride) This seat: was a miracle! She no longer cries and screams during car rides now! I also think it helps that it sits higher up then her infant seat so she can look out the window as a distraction. Easy to un Velcro and wash and put right back in. The installation was decently easy, instructions we easy to follow, I just had a hard time securing it in to the anchors of my car (and that could be because I wanted to make sure there was absolutely no wiggle room) it doesn’t budge. If you have a baby who hates their car seat, give this one a try. A little high in price, but totally worth it... it grows with my toddler. If I have another baby, I’m grabbing another one of these for sure!

I purchased two of these seats for my twin grandsons. We go pick them up once a month and bring them to our house for a couple of nights to give mom and dad some quiet time. I purchased these seat in December 2020 and they have held up really well. The seats are well made and easy to clean. They protect the boys on our 1 1/2 hour trip which gives me and Mimi peace of mind. The seats will grow with the the boys which is one of the main reasons I purchased them. They are easy to install and adjustments to the seats for the boys growth are easy to make. I highly recommend these seats.

We bought from amazon but returned because we found a much better deal the same day. I spent months researching this seat and others before buying. It’s expensive and important in keeping my son safe. As an ER nurse, car seat safety is a huge deal to me. The down side of this seat is it is heavy. We have to move the seat from car to car 2-3 times a day because of childcare schedules. This seat can’t really be carried with a baby or toddler in hand. The seat is very easy to Instal with the seat clips. 2 clips and pull the belt to tighten. I’ve always had trouble with the car belt, but the clips are awesome. The seat is very easy to remove and wash. I took a trip last weekend and my son got sick. He vomited all over himself and the seat. Removal was super easy. I threw it in the wash and it came out good as new. And it was very simple to put back on the seat. I love this seat!!
