These non-slip shoe pads were so easy to put on. I have a pair of heels that I have only worn a handful of times because they were so slick on the bottom that simply walking across concrete or carpet would have me flailing and grabbing my husband's arm to stay upright! These seem to stick well, and give me much more confidence in my ability to remain upright in those shoes.
