This is good for beginners
Review Image by Gervy Santana Fulgencio
It's a very complete drone for its price; you don't need to use your phone to view the camera, and it includes two batteries. At first, I noticed it was a bit unstable, but that was because I was in an area with poor signal. Once it connected to enough satellites, it became more stable. The quality is in line with its price. So I don't expect the materials to be very durable. ... show more

Zero customer service
While the drone itself is pretty amazing compared to one from several years ago, I returned the item. I specifically chose one with two battery packs because they are product-specific and I saw no option for obtaining replacement batteries. After a few flights it became apparent that one of the batteries was defective, resulting in the drone giving up the ghost after about four minutes of flight and landing on the roof of my house. Rather than take the easy route and simply returning the whole package for replacement, since the one battery was the only problem, I contacted the seller and asked whether they could just provide a replacement battery. They said that they would, so I waited. Two weeks later I inquired as to when I would receive the replacement and was told that "one was sent" and that they would "send another". Another two weeks and nothing. To Amazon's great credit, even though it was past the return date, due to the lack of seller response they allowed me to return the drone for a complete refund. While I would have recommended the drone itself, you should probably look for a seller who stands behind their product instead of lying to their customers. ... show more

Not good
Not a user friendly UAV. You need to study the manual so you know what buttons to push and for how long, I ended up in headless mode by pushing a wrong button. Want to fly on a sunny day, forget being able to look at the screen unless you have a hood for it (which interferes with line of sight flying. I guess I expected to much from this cheap UAV. I have been flying DJI UAVs for years and it was common sense, push a button to record, not have to hold it down for 3-5 seconds. Don't waste your $130 ... show more
