Great drone for the money. I was looking for an affordable drone to film my action sports such as biking, skiing, and fly fishing but didn’t want to dump 500 plus dollars just Incase I lost or crashed my drone. I’ve notice a lot of similarities operating this drone to the more expensive DJI drones. Some of the best features I like is the “follow me” so I can have the drone record me as am cruising around on a bike. Also the return to home feature is nice. When I’m done operating the drone I hit the RTH option and let it automatically come back to me while I go grab a beer and relax. If you happen to lose connection with the drone it will automatically return to home so that’s a little reassuring feeling The setup and initial use was simple. They have QR codes to scan to watch videos on the set up and also the instructions are pretty well written. I highly recommend reading these and watching the videos prior to using the drone to ensure you get the most out of it. Oh don’t forget to remove the camera protector prior to flying! It’s easy to do because it blends in with the drone. For the money I feel this drone is great and it has a lot of neat features. It comes with a nice case and extra battery. I feel that the battery life is on average with other comparable size drones. I also feel like the camera does a decent job taking videos and pics.

This is a really solid drone that gets all the important things right. It's very easy to fly and the learning curve is minimal. It responds well to the controls; there's no noticeable lag, and the movements are precise. It makes for a very enjoyable and stress-free flying experience. The kit includes two batteries, which provides a long flight time right out of the box. The carrying bag that comes with it is a fantastic addition—it's high quality and makes it convenient to take the drone anywhere. One thing to note: you have to give it a moment to acquire a GPS signal after you turn it on. This pre-flight check is necessary for stable hovering and safety features, so while it requires a little patience, it's understandable. For a drone that is easy to pilot, responsive, and comes with a great case, this is an excellent choice.

Extremely easy to set up and use for a beginner. The camera is very clear and works great for inspecting roofs for rental property or for photo shoots or even just to have fun with. Battery life lasts a long time with little to no issues. The controls have different levels based on you skill level. I like that the controller has a place to mount your phone as well to make it easy to fly. You can use app and see where you are flying drone from even inside your home if signal strength is good. Lastly, the drone is extremely durable for the price and comes with a case and extra rotors. Would definitely recommend flying in an open field first to get used to drone before taking anywhere where there are a lot of obstacles.

I've owned a few drones and so far this is my favorite and here's why. It's still pretty small but not so tiny as to get blown by a breeze or a slight wind. It's got a good distance that still suits a beginner and comes with 2 batteries for a decent flight time. The thing that stood out for me the most was this one connects to my phone and is GPS aware. This means it can return home, follow me and fly around. It was pretty awesome to send it into flight and hold down the return button and it came right back within a couple feet where it started. Peace of mind. The phone setup is good and my iPhone 15Plus did stay in the phone holder and it did give me enough screen size to fly it without having to watch the drone. There is a VR option within the app and I'm super interested to try that. The videos and photos were good. Beginner good not something I would use as a real estate agent but good enough to scan my roof and such to get a good view of the landscape. The distance is something like 1000 ft with a height of 360 ft. I've love a drone that goes 20k feet but it's really good to start off small and work your way up. Even as a beginner this is a great start and somebody who's a little past a beginner this still holds great value. It's built sturdy and comes with some pieces to repair the blades if necessary. If you are looking for a drone to start, I can't recommend this enough! I really like it.

The media could not be loaded. I received the drone this week and looked forward to exploring this drone and comparison with my EXO Pro 3 drone and my less expensive TSRC A6 drone. Setup was easy following the instructions and I was flying within about 5 minutes after charging the batteries and controller. The drone picked up 19 satellites quickly and locked in. Camera photo and videos were easy to start, and the stability of the videos were, as expected, equivalent to my A6 and not the EXO. The manual does indicate that the camera protective cover helps stabilize the video. I tested both and there is no difference. The camera is mounted in a rubber like mount with adjustments from 0 - 90 degrees insteps of 22.5 degrees. There is no stability adjustment for the gimbal. In windy conditions you see all movement. Videos are good and the still pictures are acceptable. The camera reception and recording were OK. I had the camera stop intermittently but return to full functionality at1040' horizontal and 393' vertical. I could not get much reception past that. The camera stopped and started several times. On another flight, I lost the camera at 393' vertical and 260' downwind and the camera never came back. I do not know what is happening here. Battery levels were approximately at 50% for these runs. The "return to home" button does work well and worked every time. In summary, the Redrie drone is not a bad drone and if you fly it in limited areas (downwind and height) it will perform as intended. Pictures and videos are equivalent to other drones of this type that I have and have flown. My main concern is the initial price which is quite high when you can get an equivalent performing drone for half the price of this drone.
